Run, Run, Run!!! I was referred by a Providence Homehealth Nurse who happened to see a attentive cna who worked for NW Sr Mgmt Services. I needed someone to come in and take care of my elderly parent while I’m at work, mainly serving meals and being there for assistance if needed so called on NW Sr Mgmt Services. They charged $ 22\hr for a CNA (if that). In a 4 week period we had 5 different CNA’s, which you have to show them the ropes each time. Although the CNA’s were nice they do nothing much and hardly clean. When I called the office with questions about not being able to have the same CNA or two, they were very defensive and snippy with me. Also make sure to check you invoice as they charged me for extra hours that I had to point out to them to correct. For the money $ 22/​hr I was not impressed. Since dad does not need much assistance, mainly meals prepared, I would think they would have cleaned around the house more to stay busy, but no. I was lucky to have the counter tops cleaned. I have contacted them to let them no that we no longer need their services. They have not called me, they also did not call me to tell me when they would switch CNA’s, so that I could tell my parent. No customer service whatsoever! I will try Homestead since they appear to have pretty good reviews, can’t be any worse then these folks. I will keep you posted on how it goes.
