All In One Mobility, Inc.

The company found my original review and contacted me in order to «make things right». They did indeed offer to buy back the wheelchair from me, less a 15% restocking fee. Okay, sure, not too bad. At least I’m not losing the full $ 2k+.
However, the woman who called me (Christine? Christina? not sure) was extremely unprofessional and even unkind. She began the call fine enough, telling me that they were going to go ahead and buy back the chair, etc, but after we settled that matter, she said «So, I need to talk to you about your Unilocal review.»
And then proceeded to vent her frustrations and her anger at me, spending nearly 15 minutes berating me for my original review.
When, in defense of this attack, I actually apologized for hurting her feelings and said, «I’m not at my best, since I’m dealing with the aftermath of being hit by a car,» she was completely dismissive. She said, and I quote, «Yeah, yeah, I know your backstory.»
She went on, talking about how All in One had been doing everything they could to help me, and when I said there’d been no signs of that on my end in the months I’d been dealing with them, she was just dismissive.
She then said that they’re a small business that can’t afford to take a loss. I tried to explain that we’d saved money for months to buy this chair; I can’t take a $ 2000 loss for a mistake their representative made, but my explanations were again ignored.
Finally, she attempted to drag me into their company politics, and when I refused to get involved, she made several unprofessional comments and said she would just assume what she wanted to believe.
I’ve never been treated so unprofessionally in my life; it is entirely inappropriate for a company and their staff to criticize and berate an already-​unhappy customer. If their hope was for me to update my review, well, they certainly succeeded at that.
