Pacific Tower

Hi there I have to say when I first considered moving into these apartments, I was a bit scared off by the rating I saw on here. I decided to give them a look anyways, because they were downtown and were a good price. What could looking hurt, right? I have to say I’m glad I took the chance to look. It turned out they had just had a change in management and major improvements had been made. They were a lot more convenient than I thought they would be. It turned out they have all four max line within block of the apartment building. I also like that they offered a rooftop garden area plus the views from ever side of the building are amazing. I have a dog and I like that they allow pets. There are a bunch of parks near by that I can take my dog to as well. I like the community areas the apartment offer. Like I mentioned earlier the have the rooftop which is nice at night if you want to take in the view or relax with friend and a nice drink, but they also have a community room on the second floor that has free wifi and a deck even a smal kitchen if you want to cook and take your food out and enjoy the sun when we have it lol. They also have two laundry centers in the building on the roof and second floors. Overall I was very impressed with what I saw and I continue to enjoy living here. If you are considering a place in the downtown area these apartments are worth a look. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Stop by and take a look tell them Joseph sent you. :)

Close to everything. If you live here expect your friends to invite themselves to crash a lot. The rooms are small and between the train and the street people screaming at each other all night it can be hard to sleep. For every cool neighbor there’s a dirtbag neighbor. Little to no risk of getting a DUI since you just walk to the bars and stumble home. Police don’t bug you, this is Old Town and they have bigger fish to fry. They have new management every year pretty much. Management needs to do something about the druggies who sneak in through the coffee shop and hang out on the roof all day and night. They’re disgusting, frequently don’t wear their shirts and squat there drinking cheap beer. What burned me up is none of them actually lived there. They say they’re the guest of a tennant although the tennant’s not there. There’s new mangement again so hopefully they will do something about it. If crazy downtown life is what you’re after move here.
