Fifth Avenue Court Apartments

I live in the building and just love it. I happen to have a balcony which is great. I do have to mention that the area on 6^th Avenue is bad with drugs so exiting the stairwell is sometimes sketchy. I think the apartment management company should make an effort to do something about the crack dealers and fix up this neighborhood. A stairwell in the front of building would really help because you can only get to your apartment by using the elevator. The stairwell doors are locked, so you can only exit from these. There is a Max line in front and back, buses all around, lots of good food and drinks in the area and the building is clean and secure. Second and third floors are expensive parking garages managed by an outside company, so you probably should come up with another option if you have a car. The apartments are pretty well soundproofed when you’re inside of your apartment, though you can hear things pretty clearly from the hallways. There are trash rooms and laundry rooms on each floor and I think two-​bedroom apartments might have their own laundry facilities. They do seem to enter the apartments a lot lately with projects such as cleaning bathroom vents and other numerous fixes.
