I wish it was possibly to give negative stars. I was really hoping for a positive rental experience as Washington station offers truly beautiful apartments. Upon moving in several things were dirty and broken some of which included the washing machine, shower handle, clogged sinks, garbage disposal, and fire place. Since I have moved in nothing has been fixed. Water pours in through all of the Windows on the one side of the house. I have been complaining about this for 3 months in fear of mold development. Anytime I request for this to be fixed a vendor comes out and nothing is changed. I am told by the property manager Michelle Z that another vendor will have to come to fix it and it’s a never ending chain. It is now mid December and and I am still being told half a year later that my fire place will be fixed. This place is a joke.
On another note, My roommate and I moved from across the country to live here. Michelle was very shady about parking and NEVER mentioned to us that we would have to share One spot for our two bedroom apartment. She definitely had us under the impression that we would both have a spot and parking was discussed several time. Having to share was quite the surprise after us both arriving here after a 40 hour drive.
Like all the other reviews say… Avoid at all costs or be prepared to live in mold and pay for your own maintainance.

This is the WORST experience I have every had renting. Our kind landlord was bought out by this fraudulent company, who has now refused after our move out date in may ’15, to give us our deposit back. We moved out because my roommate earned a scholastic scholarship to Japan, which our landlords congratulated him on, knowing full well he was leaving the country within days of our move out. We paid on time every month for two years. I paid for and fixed a mold and mildew problem that pre-​existed our moved in, not to mention an insect infestation– all of which was documented in our move-​in check list. I kept that place immaculate and have photo evidence to prove it. We stuck to every tenant law. Did the move-​out walk through, where everything was in perfect order, if not better than when we moved in two years ago, then signed this walk through sheet where the deposit forwarding address was located. Months later I get a check that is so late it’s void, and also void because they didn’t return it in the manner paid as the law states i.e. separately. P.P.M. sending the check first to the address we moved out of and keeping a carpet cleaning fee proves they took these actions without seeing/​communicating with our landlords about the final paperwork or the state of our apartment including our carpet. When I called to explain the mistakes and ask for the deposit back in the legal fashion in which they are required by law to pay, they refused to talk to me saying only that any complaints must be sent by certified mail before hanging up on me. SO I researched all the laws and had a consultation with a lawyer then sent them a certified letter explain the situation listing all the rental laws they had broken and asking for our deposit back within 10 business days. A month later they sent a snide letter and reissued the same check with both our name, thus, again, VOID due to the fact that it’s federally illegal to cash this check without the other signature they knew is impossible to get. They have refused to call me back. So I have contacted every government agency, who all agrees I have a strong case against them. When I tired calling again, they started to tell me the matter was closed, that I should «be embarrassed» for calling so many times and they they were going to call the police for harassment. So I called the police and technically I have done nothing illegal. They refuse to give me my money so I am refusing to stop calling until someone with a moral compass and grasp of rental laws and tenants rights, has a logical conversation with me. Considering they now pick up and hang up the phone when I call, let me know they do this all the time and think they have the right to steal my hard earned money. These are the same people who’s salaries I spent two years contributing to. According to these reviews I am not alone.
NEVER NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE with no conscience.
BOYCOTT PRINCETON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. If you are as unfortunate as I please call and file with the better business bureau, and FILL OUT and OREGON DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORM with any and all evidence you have against these corrupt people.

. I have always payed rent faithfully for over 1 and half now at Creekside Commons with a couple slow pay on the 5^th instead of 4^th due to issue beyond my control. I received a notice of Termination that has inaccurate dates and I am going to dispute it and be advised by a Tenants Rights Lawyer, because it is uncalled for and I feel mislead and you have made it difficult for me to pay my rent. There was one incident back in August where a rent check was cashed late by Management and a portion of funds became unavailable to me due to banking issue that was resolved quickly. You charged me a total of over 300 dollars for late rent after I had paid on time but had issue and told me I could not pay using check anymore (I paid the fee). I paid on time the in September and then this October on the 1^st-​5^th, I was on business to San Francisco. The Manager Sara told me I could pay online to make it easier incase I was away or unable to make money order because I have no car. So, I tried to pay my rent for October on
, I get paid direct deposit on American Express card, when I tried to pay my rent online on time, it said we cannot accept American Express. So first thing, on October the 5^th Monday Morning, After my flight landed in PDX (I can show you the Plane Ticket) I took public transportation all the way back to Tigard. I had to walk all the way from Tigard Transit Center to Plaid Pantry to do a Money cause that was the closet place and I do not have car. I thought I would be ok considering the difficulty and situation and that the 4^th landed on weekend anyway. I got my Money Order and dropped of before I went to work on the 5^th. There was nobody in the office ofcourse (quite common) and a sign was on the door that said «I am at Management Training So I can Become a Better Manager». I was sure all was okay because of my efforts. I had even gotten and wave from the Manager in the parking lot couple of days later and was sure all was fine, I even got an email to renew my insurance from Sara the Manager on October the 12^th (Jacob, It looks like your renters insurance is set to expire tomorrow if payment is not made.

Then tonite I get a notice on my door for 10 days Termination saying I paid my rent on the 6^th Tuesday, Which is lie, and that I have a Past Due Balance 164.50 for October and 89.50 for non compliance. I would like to speak to the General Mangager and escalate this further due to the harassment and misleading, misinformation and discrimination and making it difficult for me to pay my rent.

On 10÷2÷2016 I tried to pay my rent online because I was traveling on business to SF, You said I could pay my rent this way if I was away or unable to get to place to do money order because you do not accept checks, and It did not work, it does not accept Amex Debit Card after i tried a couple of times from my Amex Card Direct Deposit from work at Xerox. So when my flight landed on Monday morning in PDX I had no other choice but walk all the way to Plaid Pantry from Tigard Transit to get Money Order and put in your door on the 5^th. You Manager said you sent me notice that it was late and that I owed a Fee… I never got any message from you that it was late and you accepted the payment without any notification till the 10/​16/​2016 10 days later.
You have not responded to my my letter, 10/​16/​2016 regarding why I think I have received your 10-​Day Notice to Vacate Of Termination For Repeat Violations, in Error.
On the 10/​12/​2016 you Sent me a reminder to update my insurance so I renewed it for the year with new card, which I did, making me think everything was fine.
On 10/​20/​2016 you gave me a letter dated 10/​19/​2016 asking if I needed «Reasonable Accomodation» Request /​Verification, Right after I spoke with your Manager Jenny and she said I have to vacate in 10 days and its not her problem that I did not understand or get the notification to pay fees for October Rent which I did not even realize was considered late on 5^th if 4^th landed on Weekend.

Wow! Not one person on this page had anything good to say about this Company! Hmmmmmm

Has been over a month since I’ve moved to
Moreland place. Was told my deposit wS being mailed and that was almost 2 weeks ago. Manager at place never returns emails. Probably the worst property management I r ever dealt with. Hoping I get my money but nobody should rent from them

THE WORST!
Do not rent from this company!
Many of their apartment complexes are run down and are in dire need of some serious upgrades.
We cannot wait to move out.
