Seems like there is only one person working at this time. She does the intake and specimen retrieval. I don’t know if it is because I came during lunch hour but it seems pretty lame that they only have one person available. The waiting room area was organized and clean. There are a lot of disclaimers in the walls, mostly insurance-related. The chick that helped me was nice as she could be for a pre-employment drug screen.

Very short wait time for me. I went at 3:30 on a Monday so that’s probably why. The phlebotomist(I believe his name was Bryan) was very friendly and helped me feel comfortable despite my fear of needles. Hardly felt a thing! I had my information already printed out from my doctor so there was no paperwork. A(nearly) painless experience. I’d say that I’ll be back soon, but hopefully I won’t be needing any more blood tests soon.

Number of appointments: 3. You can also drop-in without one but appts have priority. Total time spent in waiting room: 3 hours(I pitied the people in the waiting room without appointments) Total time spent with nurse for appointments: 6 minutes(No joke). Number of people working at this joint: 1 #Fail.

In my first review, I said that I would revisit my review after my second visit to Quest Diagnostics. Here it is: This time, I arrived ten minutes early and was the only patient in the waiting room. Again, the same woman who was there the first time seemed to be the only employee there. She told me she’d be right with me, and she kept her promise. I could tell that her job was stressful without the regular support staff one would expect in a medical testing facility, but she was very capable taking care of my testing needs. In summation: *Short wait(this time) *Professional testing environment *Understaffed location
