I was very excited to get a cover up from Wade as I had seen his work and thought he would do an awesome job. However, the customer service was very disappointing. I went in for a consult and was asked to send in some pics of what I wanted. I sent then via email and didn’t hear anything. Three days later I called and was told they didn’t receive them so I resent them and confirmed they were received. Two weeks went by and nothing. I decided to find someone else who wanted my money. A few days ago I got a call from Cat stating that they just found my paperwork and did I want to come in. I said no thank you and she told me that she didn’t want to get in trouble and could she talk to Wade and offer me a discount. She said she would call me right back. Still haven’t heard back. I can’t speak for the quality of work but the way they do business is shameful. Would not recommend this shop.

I had two pieces done here before when they were at their old location on SE. 82nd Dr. I was very happy with the work they’ve done. Neither of the artists that done my previous works where there when I went in recently. I was given a gift certificate a number of years ago. I did go in a couple years ago and the owner took my original certificate and filled out one of their new ones because he said those were the old-style and they had switched. There was no expiration date on the old one and there is no expiration date on the new one. I went in to see if they would honor this since they collected $ 200 before in exchange for this piece of paper and they said they would not. I asked them why am I pointed out there was no expiration date but still they said it was too old and they were not going to honor it. I can’t speak for the quality of the guy doing tattoos there now but I can say in the past the quality was good. I was a repeat customer and actually have a couple pieces I’ve been meaning to get when I had both time and money. I have both now, but raven Inc. has lost me as a customer. For years I’ve been referring people to them too but that ends now. As a small business owner I know it can be frustrating if people don’t redeem their certificates right away. Also as a small business owner I understand if people spend their money and I give them piece of paper that says IOU then if I don’t honor that it makes me a thief. Bottom line beware the artist that used to be here were talented but businesswise watch your money or they may just run off with it.
