Sabatino Vintage Moped & Scooter

Bought a couple bikes from him, which he said he’s not licensed to do. But I couldn’t find any mopeds on Craigslist when I was in the market for some. His mechanical skills are sub-​par at best. He thinks he knows everything but sold me the wrong size brakes even after telling him my measurements. I should of know better because he ordered the wrong parts for me 2 times before. One was a taillight and the other was a filter. I even gave him my parts list…
I then thought I would help out one of their grungy/​dirty Moped gang members out because he was strapped for cash… Go figure. Then he decided to do all this extra work on the bike. He quoted me for basic stuff I could do in an afternoon, but I was to busy with my other projects. Over a month later and I find that he took it to this hell hole of a «shop» and I had to pick it up with my parts broken on it and a bill for stuff he couldn’t even pick up a phone to ask if I wanted done. I’m pissed but I paid it because it was already done and u didn’t want Eric or Sabat to ever touch my bike.
If you take your stuff here you’ve been warned!
Try the vespa shop on 23^rd or even better maintain your own bike so some thing like this doesn’t happen to you!

Eric is the best. He rewired my moped and adjusted the timing and my ped could not run better. Great service and priced fair. If you have a two stroke that needs work in town Eric is the man to see.

Eric was my second opinion on a big job for my scooter. So I went in knowing what the problem already was. He was honest and up front and gave me a great deal. He’s knowledgeable on the subject of all things scooter in my opinion. He earned a loyal customer for sure… as long as I’m on two wheels anyway!

Eric is awesome. Not only does he know more than anyone about mopeds, but he’s a super neat dude. He does high quality work for far cheaper than those other guys ;-) (cough, Ptown, cough).
