I had the best experience with Sam’s– they truly went above and beyond for me! The entire process was as easy as it gets, they even gave me a loaner car. When I picked up my car, the repairs were impeccable, and they even detailed my car inside and out! Top notch service, will definitely use them again if needed!

Sam’s was great. On Friday, my driver’s window stopped working. They diagnosed it and found where to get the part and let me go pick it up, so I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday. They put in the part and it cost me less time and money than what it would have at HONDA. Thank you Raymond!

This shop has been here for a long time, and Dave (the shop manager) is really great about explaining how they are going to fix things. He could have charged us for way more stuff, but they reused and fixed parts that were able to be saved. We had our door hinge re-​welded and the passenger door had to be taken completely apart and straightened with all new parts around the window. It was all done in a day!
I only docked a star because when we got the car back, we realized we couldn’t open one of the doors from the inside. They forgot to reconnect something. But we’re headed back today and it’ll only take a few minutes.
I’d definitely go back if we needed an auto body shop.
