Specialties
At seven virtues we have a lot to offer. We are one of the few café’s in town that both roast coffee and create most of our food menu from scratch.
For morning food we offer egg bagel sandwiches, house made frittata’s, pastries, and an assortment of other bagel creations. For lunch we have a nice variety of cold and grilled sandwiches including specials all made with spreads made in house. We also have a large selection of Giuten-free and vegan options including bagels, bread and sweet treats.
We serve our own single origin espresso along with single origin coffee brewed using the French Press method. Also always available are pour over options along with cold press coffee. For summer we have some special drinks including our very popular espresso shake and some other fantastic house made drinks such as a strawberry lemonade made with fresh squeezed lemonade and a house made strawberry purée. The only way to really understand what we are doing is to stop by for a visit.
History
Established in 2007.
Mike and MIsa opened this coffee shop in 2007. We started the shop with the help of Stumptown coffee with the idea of being a neighborhood coffee shop. We started simply by serving coffee, tea, pastry’s and bagels. As time passed we added additional coffee options and expanded the menu by adding lunch options. Over the years we have been very lucky to have had some exceptional staff along with extremely loyal regulars. We’ve also had some fantastic events including art openings, halloween party’s, The Thermals, and Ezra Holbrook, just to name a few.
