Sharp is the student-run restaurant at the Art Institute of Portland. Our regularly changing menu is international with a farm-to-table approach, featuring local and organic produce when possible. A place of learning, we attempt to offer authentic foods from whichever region we are featuring on a given week, giving you an opportunity to taste foods you may have never tried before.
History
Established in 2010.
Sharp is the restaurant at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Portland. We began lunch service to the public in 2010, and continue to do so during the school term.
