Joe is amazing… great service here and he does more than shoes and boots. If it’s made of leather, you only want Joe’s hands on it.

I’m not sure, if he was there for very long, but I’ve been there before. .. . as a return customer, he was my last hope.
I took my plastic thong embellished sandals to see if it can be repaired (the sole ripped off, after a decade or so, but I blamed the water since they’re made of plastic that the day it ripped, was I got my feet wet!), and not only he had the same color leather soles, he could do it for much less, compared to one I first took it. (The other repair shop wanted to put a matching suede sole, and suede & plastic ain’t gonna work it for me). I was desperate, it was my only favorite sandals that will go for my Fourth of July outfit. If not this year, there’s always next year, right? AND he fulfilled my request, promptly.
Not only did he do an excellent replacement on the soles of my sandals, he was so nice to let me have my Funky Flowers displayed to be sold @ his shop. That’s a bonus.

I visited Shoe & Boot Revival to get a beloved vintage leather belt repaired. Turns out it only needed a few stitches to be good as new. They did this while I waited and charged me only $ 3!
While I was waiting, I browsed their refurbished used and vintage shoes for sale. What a selection! Fine leather huaraches, clogs, and exotic leather cowboy boots, to give a small sample of the range. There were probably some work boots mixed in, and even fancy occasion women’s shoes.
I went back a few days later cause I couldn’t stop thinking about a pair of Italian green suede boots. I’d never seen anything like them. The owner waterproofed them at no extra charge so I can wear my fancy new shoes in a light rain.
Excellent service, friendly people, super cool range of restored leather shoes. Best shoe shop I’ve ever found, and I used to live in NYC.

About this place is ok for shoe repair but they take almost 3 weeks to finish the job. Hollywood shoe repair take only one day for the same kind of problem.

My right boot needed repair — the buckle was loose but still attached. The 2 men working in the shop were nice and they explained that it would be 2 weeks before I could pick up my boot.
I ended up coming to pick up my boot a little over 2 weeks later and the buckle was not repaired yet. The man at the shop politely apologized, and asked me to give him an hour to repair it. Luckily, I was there early enough that the shop was opened for a few more hours — otherwise I would have needed to wait 2 more days because the shop is closed on Sundays. I came back in an hour and that same man at the shop was politely apologizing to another customer at the counter that his shoes were not ready for pickup after all.
I was told that the shoe glue placed on my buckle needed to dry for a day before wearing the boot. I’ve worn my boot for a week now and so far, the glue is holding up well.

I have been going here since 1994. They always deliver at a reasonable price. They do about 8 pairs of shoes per year for my family. I get the same service as I did when the Gentle family did all the work in about 25% of the time. They ROCK! This is my first 5 star I have ever done.

I just stopped in to pick up some spray on leather dye, and the guys there couldnt’ have been friendlier or more helpful. He stopped his work and took the time to help me match the item I needed to dye. Just to help with an $ 8 bottle of dye. It’s rare to find customer service like that anymore.

Has always done a fantastic job. Repaired dog leashes, leather jackets, and many pair of shoes. Honest, reasonable, and very pleasant to do business with.

Great services at reasonable prices and high quality work! In addition to amazing work on shoes, I brought a laptop bag with a bad handle stitch that they repaired better then new! Exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend!!!
