Alex was awesome!
I was in town on a business trip from Dallas and needed a quick glue-​job on a separated sole as well as a shine/​polish.
It was Tues and they open at 9aPT. I got there early and was sitting in the parking lot when Alex pulled up around 8:50a. He mentioned me me to come in. (He was very respectful of my time crunch for an upcoming meeting).
Long story short he went above & beyond my expectations at a reasonable price and I was back in my car at 9:14a.
He was extremely friendly and even made suggestions for additional repairs when I got back home!

Alex is amazing, he showed what heaven would be like ahead of time with his prices and actions. He charged me to sew my holes, but fixed everything on top of that without charge. He just can’t let a pair of shoes go if there is something he can do. I thought his «art» deserved higher price than he charges. Please tip him when he goes the extra mile for you.

Excellent experience. I took in a pair of boots to be retipped on Saturday and was able to pick them up on Monday (closed Sundays). Not only did he complete the requested job, he painted and restored chips and scuffs to the point where my boots look brand new, for only $ 10. I don’t think I could find better if I tried.

I’ve been taking my shoes, boots and sandals to Alex for several years and he’s always done a beautiful job. Most of the time they’re ready the next day and his prices are very fair. Plus he’s located in a relatively convenient part of town for Gorge residents. Thanks for taking such good care of my shoes!
