I went in looking for a comfortable plush mattress to replace a very hard basic one. The saleswoman kept demanding to know my price range, which I explained was very flexible, but I was mainly looking at what my choices were. She kept insisting if I didn’t tell her exactly how much I was willing to spend she couldn’t help me pick the right one. I loved a $ 699 mattress but she informed me that why would I want that one, when in her 15 years of experience no one has ever been unhappy with the $ 300 mattress (which I thought was not comfortable). I told her I didn’t want anything in the «very firm» category, but she kept steering me toward those! At one point she started talking over me when I was trying to tell her what I was looking for. I simply looked at, stated «you are arguing with me,» and then we left. Even if the prices were fabulous (which they are not) I would not ever buy a mattress from them.
