I only stop at starbucks a few times a month at most, so my experience today was quite a surprise. I think it was about my 4th time coming to this location. Today I pulled up and ordered my usual, and when I picked it up I asked for a straw, and then i noticed the straw was already with the drink as she handed it to me. They remembered me, and that I like a straw. I’m pretty impressed by this for several reasons: Starbucks doesn’t usually offer straws with their drinks, and most of their customers do not request them. This is a drive thru only location, so they don’t get to know their customers by chatting with them while they are making drinks. There aren’t any other starbucks nearby, so this one is BUSY. And I’m not a daily customer, I’m not even a weekly customer. I only worked in this neighborhood for 7 weeks. Now I wish I stilled worked there, so I could keep going to this location. If I’m in the neighborhood again, I’ll be sure to stop by!

Sundays are the worst plan on being in drive-thru minimum 10 minutes up to 20 minutes. This Starbucks is Short Staffed 95% of time. I would suggest another Starbucks. The employees are friendly and hard working. You can see on their faces their stressed and exhausted. Their overworked. Starbucks please hire more employees. . I’m still waiting for my drink that I ordered 20 minutes ago in drive-thru. Ugh

My mom came in on Saturday 06÷06÷15. She ordered for her, my sister, and me. 3 ham and cheese croissants, 1 s’mores Frappuccio, 1 iced caramel macchiato, and 1 caramel Frappuccino. We ate at home, I had the caramel Frappuccino. I finished my drink in 20 minutes give or take but before I even finished it I started getting sharp pains in my stomach, I didn’t pay attention. About half an hour later was when the problem really started, I went to the bathroom, no lie, every 5 minutes. I don’t want to give out details but let’s just say I had a very upset stomach. This lasted for over 24 hours. I couldn’t keep anything down not even water, I couldn’t sleep, I could barely move from the pain. I spoke with a doctor who confirmed I had food poisoning. I have no idea what they put in that Frappuccino but this is NOT okay. I will be contacting Starbucks.

This is a unique Starbucks. No indoor seating and maybe ¼ the size of a regular store. On one side is a drive up window and the other is a walk up window. There are a number of(cold) metal tables and chairs. Today it’s raining(surprise) so most of the chairs are propped up to allow the water to drain off. There is one table near the walk up window that is covered and dry but of course a bit cold to sit on. Yeah I tried it then promptly decided my car was a better choice. The service was prompt and friendly. I’d say even better than the typical store experience where the folks behind the counter often seem too busy to take a new order. If I was wearing thicker pants I would’ve hung out longer. Maybe next time. I need to edit my initial review from 5 stars to 1 star. Sadly the customer service tanked when I asked for a refill on the coffee. Ended up calling customer service. Shame on the way they handled my request. According to corporate there is no such thing as a 2hr limit and since this location has no indoor seating and the outside seating is cold and or wet my sitting in my car should not have been an issue. In all sincerity I cannot recommend this location and will never return.

I love this location!!! They know me very well. Their drive through lines moves very quickly, almost all the time. They have friendly staff and make you feel welcome. I am a repeat customer for this location :)
