Stride Strong Physical Therapy

I have been a patient of Chantel Gordon’s for many months. She’s helping me regain strength lost due to an accident. Chantel is fantastic. She’s positive, patient and uses a blend of manual and exercise therapy. Chantel is also very personable and professional. I’ve been able to make progress with Chantel where I wasn’t with others because of her expertise, skill and the time she takes with me. I highly recommend her as a Physical Therapist.

I followed Dr. Katie Finn from her last location to this one. She is very professional and talented at her craft. She could identify my dysfunction with a few simple movements. It took some time (3 months) to overcome my years of imbalances. She listens intently to all my questions and is good at reminding me not to do anything stupid. I would recommend her to anyone with nagging pain anywhere from the feet to the shoulders. I had it all.

Due to multiple health issues,. I have been seeing physical therapist for years. I found both Dr. Finn and Dr Holland both helped me more than any other therapist I have ever seen. This clinic allows up to a full hour to deal with your issues which is exceptional. All their therapist are highly knowledgeable. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Finn (Katie) and that this facility is close by. I highly recommend them.

I’d gone to a massage therapist and chiropractor for some left leg issues I’d been having whenever I ran. At the first visit with Dr. Alice Holland she correctly diagnosed a left hip flexor problem and gave me several stretches to work on correcting it. A month later I had a follow-​up with Alice and my range of motion is nearly normal now and close to being the same on both sides. My running is silent once again with no heel drag and I am running much more smoothly once again. Alice is very knowledgeable and I will go to her again whenever an issue flares up. I run marathons, I do Ironman triathlons and I’m in my 50’s so I’m fairly certain I’ll be seeing her again!

I’ve been a patient of Katie Finn’s for about a year now. She’s treated me for several different injuries and has been exceptional! She definitely knows her stuff. Katie takes her time with me in her sessions. I never feel rushed nor do I ever feel like I don’t matter. My personal concerns about my body are always a priority to her. Katie has helped me find my balance in my body. She pays attention to the smallest of details that can have significant impact on your recovery. I highly recommend her to anyone. She is amazing! I truly believe she is the BEST physical therapist around! She will go that extra mile for her clients. She wants each one of us to succeed and do well and she will invest her time and energy to help you each step of the way. I love this woman to pieces

The first time I worked with Dr. Holland I was suffering from a bicep tendonitis problem due to an injury, that caused pain and weakness in my shoulder which interfered with tennis and fly fishing. Dr. Holland quickly diagnosed the tendon problem and then explained how the persistence of pain over time caused me to favor the arm and shoulder which caused various shoulder muscles to become weak. This aggravated the strain on the bicep and contributed to the pain persisting. She provided hands on massage and manipulation of the shoulder muscles and structures, other treatments and strengthening and stretching exercises. After several sessions I was clearly better and after a few more months of continuing my new exercises and rebalancing the strength of my shoulder muscles my problem was completely resolved.
Recently I developed strain in my ilio-​tibial band which was associated with running. It was becoming bad enough I wondered if I could continue running. I was delighted to find Dr. Holland had started a new business with a focus on running. Once again, she found that some muscles, this time in the hip were not strong enough to keep up with the demand being placed on them by my running. This then caused strain on the ilio-​tibial band and resulting pain. She provided direct treatments to the affected tissues which provided relief and taught me new exercises I need to do to insure the hip muscles are strong enough to support my running. I was significantly better within 4 sessions. She also performed a video analysis of my running gait which helped me set some goals for adjusting my gait to lessen the strain on my body and improve my running efficiency.
Dr. Holland has excellent training, is very determined to provide the very best care for her patients, has a warm and friendly manner and is a wonderful clinician. I would highly recommend her.
