I visited this shop on a Sunday and the tall red haired girl was very rude. I felt rushed and unwelcome. I understand that it was busy and there was a line but I’ve never been so offended by an ice cream shop before. She even went straight to her cellphone after she served me. Very disappointed in the service received. My ice cream was half melted and I didn’t expect to be treated so poorly.

Great concept! Ice cream made with liquid nitrogen is both delicious and a great spectacle for kids (think haunted house dry ice science fiction fun). Service by one of the owners was sweet and helpful. They deserve your business!

My child loves this place. You get to watch how ice cream is created from the beginning to the end. It will take 3 min, but you will get to experience process of ice cream creation.
