This place is the business. Young upstarts Connor and Steel took over where«Hoyt Dog» left off, providing fine sausages and delightful company to the late night denizens of NW21st. After roosting at the corner of 21st& Glisan for six months under the stupid name«Super Boufo», they have found themselves in the old Hoyt Dog locale under the awning at NW21st& Hoyt and have changed their name to Street Meat. These kids are hilarious, have a strong work ethic, and they care about the deliciousness they sling from their cart. As they say, the aromatic rosemary is their marketing department.
