The Gallery Zero

Real cool space for showing local artists right around the corner off Belmont. We were walking back to our car and the art just jumped at us from the inside of the building so we walked in to have a closer look.
They are showing Ben Perkins stuff right now and while it’s big it fits the space fine. Really strong, dynamic and interesting work. The gentleman that was there was very approachable. He was also very knowledgeable and supportive of this artist that was being shown. We were wondering about a piece and it seemed to have sold at a very reasonable price. As the person (owner?) stated, that’s how you get the art out to folks. make it affordable, this helps the general audiences to share it more if you can hang it on your walls at home, and spread it around quicker.
Looks like they are going to have a «group» showing coming up so we might just pop on in again and see what else jumps out at us.
