The Pipe Shack is absolutely awesome! I love the welcoming, homey atmosphere and the friendly staff who actually care about customer satisfaction. They want to take the time to educate you, if need be, and show you they want your business and loyalty. I was just in there shopping for a gift and knew nothing about the type of «apparatus» I needed or the many options I had when buying such a thing. Chris, the owner, was extremely patient and attentive. He took his time explaining everything. He asked me questions to find out what I was after, instead of just bombarding me with info and trying to sell me something really expensive that I didn’t need. He was very conscious of my budget when making suggestions too. I ended up getting 3 things for the amount of money I was prepared to spend on 1! My friend will be ecstatic when she opens her present, which is now a set. Needless to say, I left a happy, much more knowledgeable customer and would recommend this place over the bigger smoke shops any day. I’ll definitely be back!

The Pipe shack is the best! They have a huge selection and the owner is super awesome friendly love you long time kinda guy! These 1 star reviews are from some Hippies who are mad their shack closed! ha!

was in the northwest visiting relatives recently and always like to check out a smoke shop or two when I travel. This was a really cool shop and the owner (Chris? I think) was very friendly. He has a great selection and the prices were very reasonable. I end up only getting a tiny glass spoon pipe for the road but next time I come this way I am definitely gonna grab a headier piece for my collection! Great smoke shop, you wont be disappointed!

I recently moved to the area from Eugene, and I found Pipe Shack to be a really nice place to visit. Chris bends over backward to make sure you are getting what you need. His prices are VERY reasonable, and there is a discount for OMMP card holders. The location is great and I have easily parked in their small lot. You do have to back out onto Powell unless your car can maneuver a 180, but the lights usually cooperate. The other staff are great, but Chris is hands down the most accomodating proprietor I’ve come across in this business. The co-​location with Powell House Cannabis Club is very convenient. Not to mention how great PHCC is.
I’ve been here three different times over the past two months. Chris remembers me and is a welcoming host. Great place!!!

I recently purchased a vape nano based on the recommendation of the shop (owner/​manager?) After visiting the dispensary, literally 5 feet away, same building and only 5 minutes later, I wanted to return it because it was not what I was looking for. (never used of course) They refused to give me a refund. No signs were posted and they never told me they do not take refunds. This is just poor business practice. I will not return to purchase anything from a business owner that is not sympathetic to a patients needs, especially since it was on his recommendation. I will most likely not return the Powell Club as well, which is sad, because I like the dispensary and have told many other OMMP patients about it.

Pipe Shack is a really good addition to the neighborhood. It has a super welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in, complete with Brodie the store dog :)
They actually have a really nice selection, especially considering it’s not a huge shop, and I found the prices to be VERY reasonable.
The owner is friendly and helpful, and most importantly very informed. He listened to what I was looking for, then walked me through several options to help me make a selection. He was able to answer every question I threw at him, and I tend to be a thorough shopper. It’s evident how much he values his customer relations. I was really impressed!
I’ve been in a couple of times now, and I’ll definitely bring my business back to Pipe Shack based on my experiences. Glad they’re here!
