I went in to see Kelli for the first time today to get my ombré fixed and she did such an amazing job! My ombré transitions so well, the blonde was exactly what I was looking for and the cut and styling was perfect too!

If you are looking for an amazing stylist, look no further than Allison at Tiger Tiger. I have a super complex color and curly unruly hair and she knows how to tame it and make it look banging! She is a master at coloring and cutting I can’t recommend her enough. It is always my favorite day when I get my hair done and Tiger is so pretty as well it is a treat to do it there!

The atmosphere in this place is always lovely and I’m sure that all of the stylists are very talented. I’m so happy I found Julia who not only listens to my hair needs, but offers advice when asked. She’s also great about helping you think long-​term about how your hair will grow out and how you’ll manage it, meaning you’re happy with the cut and color not just the day she works her magic. Happy to have found this place and super thankful for Julia’s amazing skills!

I’m so glad to have finally found Tara!!! I’ve been living in Portland 7 years and for a while was still going to see my hometown stylist in Eugene because I could find anyone I trusted with my thick, curly hair. Tara does a fantastic job! She understands the trauma that people with curly hair have gone through and is extra communicative and careful. I’ve seen her three times now and loved my cut every time. She’s got me trusting her to the point that I think I might do something a little more bold next go round. The salon is bright, open, and lovely and the front desk girls are always sweet. I’m a stickler about this as I used to be one… Great salon!

I never do crazy stuffs with my hair (¹⁄₃ bold, in progress). But I have to said Viri is really pro and do a really good job on my surviving hair.
Other than that. What I like the most with her is her sense of humor and her smartness and her memory. You don’t have to remind her the age and name of your kids each time you see her

If you need to get your hair done by someone who knows how to do hair, then you need to go see Viridiana Cervantes at this place. She is amazing! I have fine limp «Polish» hair and somehow she always manages to make me look gorgeous when I leave there! She listens to what I want and delivers! I once needed to get my hair and makeup done for a 20s themed party and I knew that Viri would be the only person who could make me look the part. My hair would not cooperate and we had to change our original plan midway. Not a problem! Viri stayed an extra hour after work until we had the look we wanted! She is the best! Hair and makeup. If you want someone to do it right, then Viri is your girl!

I have always been so afraid of changing my hair color, but was really curious of balayage. It looks beautiful once done, but was really worry that I would burn my virgin hair.
Viridiana listened to me and gave me options to make me feel comfortable with the change.
She was able to give me a very natural looking balayage.
I was so happy! not only it looked beautiful, but also, it looked like it was my natural hair color just changing tones.

Daniela is my hair guru. I drive (okay sometimes I fly, I have a short attention span) all the way from Bellingham, WA to get my hair done by Daniela. She always does a great job, and has the best «chairside» manner. She’ll never push you for product but will suggest what will work for you.

Love Tiger Tiger. Great modern atmosphere but any age would feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and relaxed. This was my first visit. Paige cut my very thick, long, middle aged hair and it is the best hair cut I have ever had. When I called in for an appointment I explained my hair and the style I wanted and they matched me up with Paige. Already looking forward to my next visit!

I called in to see if they could squeeze me in for a crazy hair color change. On the phone I asked for purple or pink. They put me on hold to make sure that was doable. They said yes! I was so excited. I had been saving up to do this for a long time and finally convinced myself to do it. When I sat down in the chair I chatted with the stylist giving her some freedom but stating that I wanted something bold and exciting. She brought out color samples and showed me how she wanted to do a darker color on top and then fade down to a fuchsia at the bottom. It wasn’t as bold as I was wanting but she explained that she would need to bleach my hair for something more exciting. I was ok with bleaching but she didn’t want to add another process. I should have put my foot down there and said it’s what I wanted. Instead I kept quiet. While coloring my hair she kept asking me what prompted me to do something fun and exciting with my hair so I was still expecting just that. When she was done I had hair that was all the same color even though she used two. In very very bright sun you could kind of see a difference but not after a couple of days. The color was pretty but still brown with a hint of red. As she was finishing up I was holding back tears because I knew I was going to be handing over my precious savings for something I could have done at home. Almost $ 200 later I was heartbroken. The cut was decent and the shop is so nice, I’m just so incredibly upset about the color.

The trouble with hair is that it’s a hot mess. Fine here, thick there, cowlicks… all over. Were there was previously no hope, Daniela saves all. She makes it all look fabulous, naturally. She works with your hair to get an ideal style based on your personal texture, flow, flaws, growth cycles, and general morning laziness. I’ve never had a cut so easy to do at home, with, like, NO product. Though, I did pick up the «Bumble and Bumble Thickening Dryspun Finish» for THOSE kind of days. And it’s a game changer.
Also, totally great chair-​side manner. Daniela all the way.

Love Tiger Tiger!!! Naomi did my wedding hair and it was perfect. Viri did my make up and listened to exactly what I was looking for and I love how it turned out. Lauren does my hair regularly and she is incredible. I’ve also had an amazing facial. Can’t speak highly enough about this crew!

It’s been a couple of years shopping around Portland for a good hairdresser and I finally found her at Tiger Tiger! I’m a brunette gone blonde, and after hairdressers cancelling last minute or charging exorbitant prices, I heard about this salon and booked an appointment. Andrea was amazing and took the time and had the knowledge to do exactly what I wanted. I’ve found my happy place and can not wait go tell everyone I know about this amazing salon!

JENNY SAVED MY HAIR.
Mistakes were made when I tried to «highlight» (aka deposit large chunks of yellowy-​orange colors) my hair last week… Lauren had me come in for a color-​correction consult, calmed my fears, and booked me for an appointment the very next day with Jenny, who also calmed my fears, fixed my hair, and put a smile back on my face. I went from dreading going out in public (and wearing a hat) to showing off my awesome new color job with pride!

Kelli is doing my wedding hair and makeup, and I just had my consultation this past weekend. She did an AMAZING job on both hair and makeup. She is very creative and knowledgable.
I went back to Tiger Tiger yesterday for a facial with Melissa, and it was a magical experience. Best facial I’ve ever had in my life… not exaggerating. Her facial massage techniques are SO relaxing, and my skin now looks radiant and healthy.
Love this place and will be going back/​recommending it to all my friends!

I’ve been trusting Teneil with my locks for almost 3 years now and she is seriously a magic worker. She has taken me from red to a rich light brown, to beachy golden and even super blonde.
My hair was super long when I first found her and she nailed the long layers and recently helped me take the leap to a sleek short bob. There is nothing she can’t do and on top of that she’s a pleasure to be around. I am quite picky when it comes to my hair so I’m so relieved to have found her!

Naomi has been cutting my hair since I moved to Portland 2 years ago. I followed her from Dosha to 1907 House and now to Tiger Tiger. Naomi has helped me change my very fine, straight hair from long single length to a super short, sort of textured style, and now we’re growing it back out to something new! Naomi works very hard to help me find styles that work with my hair & face structure, my sense of style, and my pathological need to not use much (if any) styling product. I am a very selective (okay, picky) person when it comes to my haircut, and Naomi is always patient and purposeful in giving me a cut that works for me!
I have also visited Malissa for brow waxing… I was super apprehensive because previous waxing experiences had left me with bumps, angry skin, and very puffy eyelids. Malissa is fabulous about listening to any concerns and minimizing issues. My reactive skin has remained almost perfectly calm under her professional care, and my brows look fantastic!
The new salon is comfortable and spacious, with a wide bank of windows for natural light. The waxing room is cozy and quiet, and always smells delicious. I never feel pushed to buy products, and I always feel like I’m getting good advice on products that will actually work for me (or not) and never feel like the sale is more important than what will be best for me.
Tiger Tiger can count on me as a continued customer, absolutely!

I started going to Tiger Tiger recently and Georgia does my hair! She is amazing at what she does. I followed her work for a long time before I actually started going to her. I finally couldn’t stand seeing anymore fabulous hair and wanted mine to look that good! She has done an amazing job on all my different hair styles which include ombré, bayalage, and all over blonde high lights! She is helping me grow my hair out while getting it lighter and I do not have any damage!
About the salon! It is very modern, comfortable and relaxing! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new salon!

Tiger Tiger Salon is beautiful, professional and comfortable.
I found Valerie on Instagram and wanted her to do my hair. I was able to book an appointment online through the salons website (convenient and easy).
I showed Valerie two reference pics of how I wanted my cut and color to look. After that she got to work. It was nice because she was really easy to talk to.
I love how my hair turned out. She captured exactly what I had described to her. I was also interested in buying a few products as well which Valerie was able to recommend to me.

Alison is the reason I visited Tiger Tiger Salon. She is a great colorist and an expert in her field. I left the salon feeling great and loving my brightened up hair color. I stopped highlighting it for a while to see if I could stand going without but felt too drab without some subtle color and decided to have it highlighted again. I’m so glad I did. I feel totally comfortable with Alison and know that she will be careful, inventive, and conscientious whether she is cutting, coloring, or styling my hair.
