Founder of Ultra Chiropractic and Rehab, Dr. Megan Zetter is a Portland native, an avid runner and lover of many other outdoor pursuits. Dr. Zetter enjoys treating a wide variety of injuries and health issues such as headaches, jaw pain, neck and back pain and she also enjoys treating sports injuries such as: Achilles tendonitis, rotator cuff strains, sprained ankles, tennis elbow and much more. Additionally, Dr. Zetter is pursuing a masters in functional medicine which provides her with a broader scope of practice that can address everything for sleep issues, hormonal imbalance, digestion issues and more. She employs a gentle technique and thorough approach that may include joint manipulation as well as a variety of muscle work, and as needed, laboratory (blood/​urine work) assessment. Home care is a big piece in how Dr. Zetter helps you achieve wellness. She believes that if you can be part of the process of optimizing your health, that your recovery will be quicker and lasting.

Dr Zetter is wonderful! Her personality is kind, attentive, supportive and very easy to work with. I find her style to be more of a holistic rehab than traditional chiropractic care. She will take your lifestyle (past & present) into consideration when developing a treatment plan. She comes up with a whole body plan that is manageable and effective. She also gives homework so be ready to take a few exercises with you! I highly recommend Ultra Chiropractic & Rehab. So glad I found her!

Hands down, greatest therapy that I have ever received for running injuries. I am training for my 9th full and when I came to Dr. Zetter, every running injury I had ever experienced was resurfacing all at once. I have seen doctors and I have tried massage therapy, acupuncture, PT, and home remedies but each one was missing something and did not yield the results I was looking for. I am so relieved to find someone who I can trust to see the big picture. Dr. Zetter is a kind and genuine person who is skillful and effective in treating pain and helping to correct muscle imbalances. I am so thankful!

Dr. Zetter is great. I was pretty discouraged when I came to see her and unsure anyone could help me rehab from a chronic hip/​glute/​IT band injury. (I had been trying lots of things and had seen several providers.) That first day she listened to my symptoms and all the treatments I had tried and then did her own thorough assessment. She gave me hands on treatment the first day (adjustment, stretching and massage.) She gave her her opinion on what was actually causing my injury to recur (new info!!) and mapped out a manageable treatment plan including exercises for me to do on my own and treatments she would provide to support my recovery. I’ve been working with her for a little over a month and while I’m not fixed, I am running longer with less pain and getting stronger, too.
Dr. Zetter is very knowledgeable, kind, encouraging and has a good sense of humor. I feel like she’s been able to work with me right where I am now (weak and injured, but determined!) and has helped me stay motivated to get stronger and feel better.
If you are looking for complete rehab care like the pros would get — not just the same old PT — I highly recommend Dr. Zetter. She’s fab!

I found Dr. Megan Zetter from Runner’s World. She is amazing, passionate about helping others and very knowledgeable. She quickly helped me, asked me several questions and provided me instructions I was not able to receive from other doctors. As a runner I find it hard to find a doctor that understand some of the different injuries runners can have. Dr. Zetter was very helpful! She was able to help me get back to doing what I love quickly! Her kindness, compassion and passion is hard to come by. Thank you so much Dr. Zetter. I so appreciate you and your help!

Dr Zetter aims to get to the root of the problem. She has provided me direct chiropractic care along with long discussions to help deduce what is creating the problems in the first place. Then she shares, demonstrates and watches her patients do the exercises and stretches that she recommends so that a more long term solution can happen.
