Ordered several items from Verabel on Etsy website on 12⁄6. I received an emal on 12⁄16 saying shipping was delayed 2 weeks and expected ship date was 12⁄20. Item did not arrive for christmas and I gave negative feedback. They said it was clearly marked on web site 12⁄3 was last date to order for xmas (why didn’t I see if it was clearly marked). They sent me a nasty email 12⁄25 (xmas day thanks) that the order hadn’t shipped (you mean it didn’t ship 12⁄20?). They were not going to ship and cancelled my order as retaliation for my negative feedback. Thank God I paid with paypal now I’m looking for a refund. Disgusted in Wisconsin
