At Vital Essence Holistic Skin Care & Massage Therapy my goal is to provide quality, relaxing and effective therapeutic treatments. I use a variety of integrated methods and aromatherapy to help my clients achieve a sense of well-​being. In facial treatments I use Livia Pure Organics skin care and a VE skin care, also a natural, organic skin care line.

As an Esthetician and natural skin care enthusiast I have had several years worth of training and working with natural /​organic skin care. I am passionate about the use of natural products with out the use of harsh chemicals or harmful perservatives. I also believe that diet and life style have a large contribution to out skins health.

As a Massage Therapist I use a holistic approach to stress and pain reduction. I studied at East West College of the Healing Arts, graduating in 2010. I presently offer relaxation massage, therapeutic treatment massage and hot stone. In the near future I will be expanding my offerings by adding eastern modalities.

My degree in Psychology and life experience has tought me how important it is to take care of your self and utilize healthy ways to manage stress. Stress is the number one cause of disease in our society and we can all benefit from taking time out for self care and much needed relaxation.
