I went in recently to find a specific type of shoe. The salesman was following me around the store wanting to help me. I told him I knew what I was looking for and would let him know when I was ready to try something on. He stood in front of the cash register and stared at me the entire time I was walking around the store. If I moved to the other side, he turned his body and continued to stare. It was bizarre. I almost walked out but I really needed a pair of shoes and had a very limited amount of time to do it. I had been online before going to the store so I knew what I wanted. When I found two pair to try on(they didn’t have the ones I saw online that I wanted) he wouldn’t just get me the size I asked for but made me stand on a computer thing that«measured» my feet(incorrectly.) Instead of bringing me the size I asked for, he brought the size the computer told him I needed which was WAAAAAY too small. I couldn’t even get them on my feet! To top it off they didn’t have either of the styles I wanted to try on so he he brought me a totally random assortment of shoes that wasn’t anything like I wanted and WERETHEWRONGSIZE. Seriously, when a woman says I wear size X, BRINGSIZE X not the next size down! I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ll go pretty much any place else.

Waltzed over to this store that puts boots on the ground for real here! The customer service is not only helpful, but they go out of their way to dance in to your heart. I kid you not. They pay attention as soon as you walk in to the store. They are very shoe-centric and even know what type of shoe you walked in with. They’ve got lots of suggestions, and will even go in to that room full of shoeboxes and look around in case there’s yet another shoe that did not make it out to the display. You can also always count on there being a clearance sale going on in case you are looking mainly for sales. They’ve got really good labels that not only look good on your feet, but feel good! There are: Danskos, Sanitas, Taos(an American brand!), Uggs, Eccos, Raffinis, etc. I bought myself a pair of brown Taos kitten heels and hit the ground running. Even Frank Sinatra’s daughter went crazy for her walking boots!
