We went there for lunch and ordered 2 baconators. They had been warming for some time and were dry plus much smaller than the ads and pictures imply. To top it off they forgot a straw for one of us and make the meal more difficult. I know they can do better than this.

I go here occasionally, but tonight was horrible. I was there around 6:30pm and waited in the drive thru for about ten minutes. Long wait, yes. But that’s the usual there. I only wanted a burger and a drink. I finally made it up to the window about 6:40pm or so, and was kind of acknowledged by a younger teenage employee. He took my money, handed me my food and disappeared. I waited and he returned a little later with my change. Tossed it in my hand and shut the window in my face. No receipt. No thank you. Nothing. It was a very rude and horrible experience. I wish I had his name, I wish I had gotten my receipt. But I did get his horrible customer service. I understand if you’re busy but a simple«thank you» or «have a nice day» would do. Maybe more training is due for that location. Food was yummy, I love their food. But this location seems to have customer service issues and always is a long wait.

Went in to wash hands. No soap or paper towels in the bathroom. Ordered for three. Got our drinks and sat down. I could see them stack our burgers on the counter about 3 – 4 minutes after we sat down. Went up right at 10 minutes later to ask what was up. Burgers were sitting out for that 10 minutes getting cold. Four employees near the cookline were laughing and playing grab @ss. One came up and said I will bring you the fries. I took the burgers which 2 of the three were the wrong burgers. 4 – 5 bites into my burger I realize it is about half raw so I set it aside. I went back up to complain about everything. They gave me the fries to our order. I grabbed the receipt and asked the girl for the time. It was exactly 25 minutes since I ordered. Asked for the manager who was standing there with his back turned to all the mayhem behind the counter. I asked him if this type of thing always happened at his store. He just said sorry. I asked again and all he could come up with was sorry and wouldn’t respond to any on my complaints. Burgers were done with the two other parties by this time. I sat down to see a table full of kids throwing condiments all over the dining area and laughing and carrying on very loud. This manager has no clue what is happening in this store, or if he does his boss has no idea how to hire someone who gives a two cents about this chain or store. It is obvious that nobody in the store cares about anything service related. I will NOT be coming back to any Wendy’s after this crap. There is honestly not one good thing I can say about this visit. If I could give zero stars I would. After reading some other reviews on here I see I am not alone. This place is a joke…

Just moved to the area and have come to the conclusion that This is the worst location of any chain i have ever been to. Service is slow, unfriendly, and more often than not they get the order wrong. Whoever trains and hires at this location needs to be drop kicked.

The best 99 cent cheese burger! Sure it was late at night and I had to wait a few minutes for my order but everything was hot, fresh and tasty. The young lady at the window was attentive and knew what she was doing. Could not have asked for a better experience. If you’re hungry, in the area and have a hankering for Wendy’s. This is the one to go to.

Service was poor with the counter help standing a yawning, leaning on the counter on her elbows. The dining area was a mess with countless kids from the nearby high school out numbering the paying customers 3 – 1. I don’t go to someplace to eat only to have to deal with the local thug-want-to-be’s.
