I liked their old staff crew better! Due to today’s incident 5 of us are never visiting this branch again. I’ve had an issue before with this location specifically Richard, but I decided to give it another shot & let me tell you I was stuck there for over an hour! I went to get my screen protector changed & when I got my phone back my touch screen didn’t work. I told Richard, so he left the kiosk to go check it out at a mobile store. When he got back he said I need to go to my phone provider & get it fixed. But I mean if you break my phone you go & get it fixed yourself. He told me he can’t leave the kiosk because it’s against his policy, but he already left once so why can’t he leave again? Hmm, so I did & when I got back he ignored me & was being completely rude. He called security on me & the security guard agreed with me & said that I had my right to express my frustration, so your loss buddy! Worst customer service ever experienced. Definitely never coming back here!!!

Went in today to get replacements to my Ipads and they now want $ 17 to replace? are they crazy or what, las time I paid $ 10 for ipad and 7 for Iphone and now their Iphone replacements are $ 12, way overpriced for the«LIFETIME» warranty that you are supposed to get. But hey if you sing up for Loyalty Program that costs $ 10 per device, you can get the replacement for just another $ 10. Making it $ 20 per device. I guess you are better off by ordering replacements online for only $ 6 shipping.

Went to change my screen protector today for like the 5th time this year. Last time I was talked into the loyalty program, with the promise that the price will be $ 5 for the replacements. When I came in today I was told that they can’t find me in the computer and that I would have to pay full price, even though I have already used the loyalty program before. The rep, Richard was really rude, accusing me of lying about joining the loyalty program. When asked to speak to manager he said he won’t give me the number and stated that he is the manager. Never organized, half the time they don’t have the screen protectors in stock, and customer service is horrible. You just lost a customer.

We are not interested in your ‘loyalty program’. As a long time customer(since the original iPhone) I accepted your original $ 2 increase. I show up today to find your employee attempting to push us into some loyalty program I wasn’t interested in. When we refused to join we were told it would now cost us $ 12 to do what used to cost $ 7 and previously $ 5. My wife and 2 room mates have been loyal customers and always change our screen protectors and get new gadgets together. All four of us will NEVER spend another nickel at your establishment. I can go to the Lloyd Center Zagg and get the service performed for $ 5. Goodbye Clackamas Zagg. 4 customers lost
