Worst customer service we ever experienced at a restaurant. The salad my wife ordered was rank and we had the server take it back. When we get the bill, the salad is still on the check. I figured over site and let server know. She said she wasn’t taking it off because there was nothing wrong. I said I will not pay for it and she got manager. Manager says same thing and I said I refuse to pay. She says she is calling the cops. I said fine call them. She comes back a bit later and says she is taking the salad off the bill and for us not to come back. Outrageous way to run a business. The managers last name was Capone, so I assume it is a relative or owner. Unbelievable!

My wife ordered two double orders of wings for our housewarming party. We paid $ 37 and change. When she arrived home with the order we counted 18 to 20 wings which is 1 double order. Approx $ 18. Figuring it was an innocent mistake, and being a regular customer, I decided we would bring it to there attention on our next regular visit. One week later while dining there. I spoke with Denise who said she was the manager. I explained what had happened last week and before I could even ask for a replacement order, Denise told me that she could not believe my story and that it was my responsibility to bring it to their attention immediately. She refused to make any concession for the issue. She told me, «if you don’t like it, you can email the owner,» When I asked for the owner’s contact information she refused to provide it. If all of that is not bad enough, Denise proceeded to the other side of the bar and courted a man for the next hour while assumably on duty. Pictures available. Definitely something the owner of the restaurant should be aware of. It would be my recommendation, that Denise find something else to do for employment. She obviously cannot make a sound management decisions and use proper judgment with customers. Very unfortunate, since we really like the food and other staff.

Came here several times while I was in town for work. They have a great selection of beer on tap, also they brew some in house which is pretty good! The second night we came here we got some food which was really tasty, the potato salad is made in house too — it’s great!

This was nice for lunch. It seems like everyone comes here. The food and service was both good here. We plan to come back.

I stop here every time I come into town(about every six weeks). Today I brought my boys and as always great service(the waitresses joked with my boys), good food and a nice variety of beer! Definitely a place to stop in and grab a bite to eat!

This was a neat place. It was SUPER busy when we showed up for lunch. They did a great job of waiting on us with our larger party. We had 6 people and the food was up quickly. The decorations were a bit over the top, but it was fun to read them while we waited. I can see how this place would get old quickly, but it’s new to me and still wonderful.

Food is good, people were friendly, and atmosphere was nothing to complain about. Just a typical bar-restaurant. Nothing stood out, but i will gladly go again.

First, when we walked in it took a minimum of five minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Then, our server was so snotty that we decided we would rather walk across the street to get fast food than order something there. So we just left without ordering. So many people told is it was going to be amazing, but we were very letdown with how we were treated. I spoke with some friends about the experience and they said it’s the Post Falls location and that we have to try the Coeur d’Alene location instead! Unfortunately, our experience was so bad that we won’t be going back to either one.

We just moved to Coeur D’ Alene last month and decided to check this place out. We weren’t sure what to expect, but we certainly weren’t disappointed. It’s pretty noisy here, but if that doesn’t bother you and you’re a sports fan, this is definitely the place to go. The food is great and big portions. I ordered the pulled pork sliders with a side of fries… you get 4 large sliders. These are not an average size slider and 2 of them equals a normal sandwich. I barely got through 2 of them and maybe a handful of the large basket of fries. My bf ordered a burger, I don’t tecall which one, but he too couldn’t get through it all and he has a hearty appetite. The service here is fast and great. Lots of beers to choose from, a variety of menu items and multiple tvs with all the games. Definitely gonna be a place we will frequent.

The Idaho nachos were amazing, the burger was pretty normal, and the Greek chicken burger was really good. The service was great and the atmosphere was fun and engaging.

Love this place! They have three locations. One in Coeur D’Alene, one in Post Falls and one in Hayden and they are ALLGOOD! The beer selection is great and each restaurant has a different selection as well as different specials so try them all. I gave it 4 stars because consistency of the pizzas place to place is not the best. Burgers, sandwiches, salads etc are awesome!!!

This Capone’s is definitely not my favorite of their four locations, but it has great servers and the food is always decent. Prices at Capone’s are high, but no better place to watch games in the area than Capone’s. I would never bring a date here for a romantic evening, nor do I eat here any other times except game days! It would be nice if they would put in a golden tee ! Loud atmosphere with Good beer selections and decent food make game days fun. FYI seating can be bad to view games in here, so the earlier the better for the best seats.

Great atmosphere, wish the pub was in my neighborhood instead of across town. The menu is crazy diverse, we really enjoy the Thai chicken salad, its big enough to split it in two and save some dough. The pizzas are tasty, fresh ingredients and scratch cooked food. Burgers are amazing as well. The have a ginormous tap list and always have a great selection of local brews on tap, typically 2 – 3 handles from Laughing Dog in Sandpoint, last time I was in there they had one handle from Ticksters in CDA, and two taps from Selkirk Abbey in Post Falls. Find me another pub thats clean, has great food and a wide variety of local and craft made beers – they have too many taps handles to count!

Albeit, the service can be slow but it is understandable because this place fills up within 5 minutes sometimes! On the weekend there is a hostess which makes things a bit easier. I absolutely consider the meatball sandwich to be the best I have ever tasted and their philly is to die for. I typically get the specialty salad because it is always so go no matter if it is pasta salad, potato salad or cole slaw… 95+% of all food is made in house or baked at another capones location. Fresh baked bread and pizza dough?! Can’t go wrong! The staff can be a bit frazzled at times as they are constantly getting their asses kicked with so many table but they are always kind and reassuring. I am never left wondering and am kept informed by service staff which I appreciate. If I know you just had 5 tables sit at the same time that give me patience and sympathy! Great communication and the best service possible. If I get the chance to have Caleb serve me I know I am in for the treat of a lifetime. I tell him what I enjoy for beer and he picks me out something that is comparable but something new for my palette! Go in with some patience and an appetite and enjoy yourself while watching one of 15 t.v.s or just get your people watching skills going as there is always something fun happening here! Thank you Capones for treating me as family.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Inland Northwest. This is simply the best bar food you will ever eat. I have eaten here dozens of times and I have never had a bar meal. Capones offers a «pizza» and«wing» of the month which both challenge the imagination and flavor palette, yet almost always deliver. The atmosphere on game night is energetic, but not dramatic(i.e. no swearing, fist fights, or other nonsense). The tap selection is immense, regularly rotates, and is heavy on northwest/local brews, particularly IPAs. Can’t miss items: * The wings! Buffalo, Sweet Hot, and Honey Mustard are my own favs. * The pizza! A «Heart Blocker» or «Home Run» are classics, but the«Memphis» offers a unique change to a typical pizza. Bottom line: Brews and bar food done to perfection. Can’t miss!
