I have been a previous client of Jen’s when I was having my lashes done! Great job at giving me great lashes and the look I desired however I took a long needed break to let my lashes rejuvenate, and took supplements for hair and nails, suggested by Jen. To make a long story short, lol, I love love, love the look! I had worn strip lashes in the past but I was not confident enough to apply them correctly, they were usually falling off mid evening, embarrassing !! Jen had told me of a tutorial that she offers where she shows you the proper way to wear lashes. I made an appointment for this Friday night. I learned a lot of tips and I really think I got it down! Last night, Halloween, I did my lashes and liner as instructed. They were fantastic, my girlfriends asked if I could show them how!!! I suggested a short and inexpensive lesson from glam-​more goddess!!! Thank you Jen

I first saw Jennifer for my wedding in October of 2013. She was great and my lashes looks spectacular for my big day! With special care, they actually lasted 6 weeks too! Since I live in Chicago, I can’t always go back to Glam-More…but her pricing is fantastic, so I try to schedule with her when I know I’ll be in San Diego. She did another full set for me in June of this year and I got nonstop compliments on them. I was pregnant all Summer, so feeling like I had a full face of makeup on made my life so much easier and it was all because of the lashes. I’m heading back to CA in December and will definitely plan another visit to see Jennifer!

I started seeing Jennifer in March 2015 and I’ve been going to her ever since. Her work speaks for itself. When it comes to eyelashes she takes the time to apply each one, lash by lash to achieve the look you want. Her work provides a very natural look leaving you looking like you had just applied mascara. Although she has a lot of cliental she makes her time with you personable. She also ALWAYS gives you notice ahead of time if she’s running late. I highly recommend her work!

I have had eyelash extensions in the past and I’m not sure if they knew what they were doing bc I could feel the lashes and that is why I decided against them for a long while but now I have gotten a beautiful set from Jen and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job she has done. I love the way they look so natural yet give a very noticeable difference. My husband even says he likes them a lot and approves. He typically likes me all natural but really likes how it enhances my eyes.
This place where the lashes are done is a nice quiet room and a comfy bed (only thing that hurt me was how I’m not used to lying without a pillow under my head and my neck hurt a bit) but other than that the place is clean. I also just want to say that Jen is a very energetic and sweet lady. She really listens to what you want also gives her advice of what would work best for your eyes. Also she has great prices!
I am pleased to say that these lashes are really great and I have already had many compliments on them. Lightweight and also she is very meticulous in her application!

I had a lovely set of eyelash extensions done by Jennifer today. I am very impressed with her professionalism, thoroughness and engaging personality. My lashes are challenging because they are very blonde and sparse. She was able to work her magic on them with a positive attitude and patience. They turned out great! I will return for lashes as well as other services. And I highly recommend her!

I got my extensions done 7 weeks ago. I figured I’d wait to see how long they lasted before I wrote a review. Firstly I had an appointment at ANOTHER place for eyelash extensions because I was going on a three week trip to Hawaii but she canceled on me last minute. It was two days before my trip and it was the first time getting them done and I couldn’t afford $ 200 for lashes since I’m a college student so I looked around and I found Jennifer. She took me in last minute and did the medium level one. I was torn between the small or medium but I know I would have been underwhelmed with the small. They lasted about five weeks and some stayed longer but that was through my trip in Hawaii where I went zip lining and went swimming nearly every day. So I recommend this place. And thanks for taking me in last minute!

Definitely a five star review for Jen. I have had chemical peels before but I’ve relocated and had to find someone new. Had a chemical peel with her and was very happy and relieved with her level of professionalism and care. I was apprehensive trying someone new for my peels but Jen put me right at ease with her level of confidence and experience as an esthetician. My skin looked amazing. Thank you Jen! I’ll be back! :)

I purchased a Groupon for a small set of lashes. Jennifer was very thorough over the phone with me. She listened carefully to my questions, and gave me honest and helpful answers. She was friendly and professional, and I walked away with a lovely set of small lashes, which were as subtle as I’d asked for. If I decide to do lashes again (they’re a little high maintenance for a girl like me, but they are lovely), I will definitely go back to Jennifer. The building on the outside doesn’t look like much, but the interior is very clean, professional, comfortable and well-​decorated. Thanks for a great first experience, Jennifer!

I love Jennifer! She is so sweet and really makes you feel at ease. She makes sure to explain the after-​care of the lashes and how to make them last longer. My lashes look absolutely amazing and better than I thought they would turn out. She really listens to you and makes sure you get what you want! Extremely unprofessional. My fiancé purchased a full set plus facial for me for Valentines Day. I had been wanting to get eyelash extensions for a while. He chose Jennifer due to her high Unilocal reviews. From our first appointment I can see why she had so many: she offers free treatments if you leave her a review. Obviously if a girl wants a free treatment and gets one from writing a review which is read by Jennifer, it is going to be positive.
As soon as I made an appointment I received an email outlining care of the lashes (which I definitely appreciated), her policy about coming to appointments when you are sick, etc.
The first thing she mentioned when I got into the treatment room was that she wanted to tell me about her policy on coming to appointments if you are sick. Or even THINK you MIGHT be getting sick. I let her know I received and thoroughly read the email she sent me. This did not stop her from going into a rant about getting sick so much because of her clients for about 15 minutes, no exaggeration.
She was good about giving information on taking care of the extensions. That is one of the only positives I experienced.
She took a phone call and MADE a social phone call during my appointment. Sat there talking while I waited. Not an emergency, just social phone calls planning out her evening and catching up with a friend.
My eyes burned the entire time, I thought that was normal until I went somewhere else and had no burning whatsoever. She took the tape off too early and my lashes got stuck together (very uncomfortable) and she had to redo some. Some looked weird and uneven still after that so I told her and she tried to fix.
I paid her in cash and she could not calculate the amount of change to give back to me. We are talking even easy numbers here. I did it for her and she replied «at least I’m pretty!»
Her pricing for your first few fills are good (almost double that of most other places after that) and I didn’t know any different since I had never had extensions before so I decided to deal with her unprofessional behavior and make an appt for a fill a few weeks later. She said she was going out of town but would be back a bit before my appt so if I ending up needing them sooner or to move it later just to text her and let her know.
Well, I scheduled a trip to Cancun and needed to move my appointment just one or two days. I texted her about a week and a half before my scheduled appt and let her know I was going out of town and could not make my appt. I asked to see if she could do it the day before. She said she was out of town and would text me back later about it. So I waited… and waited. After 3 or 4 days not hearing back from her I checked in again to ask if she was able to do it or if I should try to find someone else to make an appointment with. Wait a few days… no response. I gave up and LUCKILY someone else was able to fit me in with the day notice I was able to give her. Then Jennifer texts me back finally the day I was leaving for my trip telling me I had an appt with her at 2. Saying maybe there was some confusion and asking me if I meant to cancel it, saying I probably did. Seriously? Come on. I reconfirmed what I told her before and she said she must have read it wrong and hopes I found someone else to do my lashes. Yes, I did. With no thanks to her leaving me barely any time to do so.
She used extension glue to glue on individual false lashes. She did not tell me how HORRIBLE this is for your natural lashes. I got a complete explanation about it from the next person I went to who was horrified when she saw it. It blocks areas where your natural lashes are trying to grow and can cause serious issues. Instead of getting a fill my new esthetician had to spend half my scheduled time undoing all the damage Jennifer did. Luckily, this esthetician (who I now go to regularly) discounted me as she was unable to do a complete fill because of this.
The place I go now gets horror stories about Jennifer all the time from people who went to her. I won’t repeat these as I can only state what I actually experienced but I definitely believe them all.

I have been going to see Jenn since early March about every 2 or 3 weeks. I love my lashes so much. Jenn does SUCH an amazing job, really takes her time and makes sure you walk out with exactly what you want. It’s the best feeling waking up with beautiful lashes and not having to waste all that time in the morning applying mascara! Definitely worth every penny. I love having Jenn as my lash stylist because she is attentive, fun to talk to and very responsive when I need to schedule. She always gets back to me within a few hours — at the most — when I text or call her to set up a time to come in. If you are looking to get lash extensions, I highly recommend glam more goddess!!!

I LOVED my facial! After a particularly hard day at work, I opted for the R&R facial. It was Sooo relaxing! Jen’s room is so nice and clean! The décor makes you feel like you are being pampered. She started by letting me pick my scent from 3 options of essential oils, which was relaxing just by itself! Now a few days later, my skin just keeps looking better! I can’t wait to start treatment facials with her. Jen totally knows her stuff and I feel completely confident in letting her take control of my skin. She’s the best!

I would like to write an update about Jen who does then eyelash extensions, if you happen to have a family emergency line say your husband getting stomach cancer like what happened to me, don’t expect her to be understanding at all for having to cancel because finances change when one spouce can’t work so it was hard to continue to pay for appointments and she didn’t take that well at all. Be very careful canceling on her and give her a lot of time otherwise you will get extreme attitude from her trough text message. Had she known that I was dealing with what is going on in peoples personal lives like mine, maybe she would have thought twice about the way she treats her clients that just can’t spend that extra money anymore a month. Also she gives her clients free facials To write good reviews so just be careful with people like this. I had a bad vibe from the begining that she could get nasty attitude real fast and I was right. Just wanted to put that out there to people that may not have the money for sure to get eyelash extensions especially if it just not in your budget so make sure it is before you make any appointments with Jen.

I love Jennifer! I’ve been going to her since October for my lashes and am always happy with the way they turn out. Jennifer is super friendly, easy to talk to, and very talented at what she does.
The first time I went, I was scared that I might look like a drag queen because my Asian eyes hardly have any lashes to show. My real lashes are short and droop down, even when I try to curl them. So when I visited Jennifer on my first visit & explained to her my concerns, and she listened to them while giving me her input. Though the lashes Jennifer puts on me are probably twice the length of my real ones, they were not overwhelming at all. The lashes enhanced my eyes and made them pop, while still looking very natural.
To this day, I still receive compliments from friends (and strangers) on how my lashes look so nice. Thank you, Jennifer!

Jen is THE BEST! I commute over 25 miles just to see her. Im always very impressed with her attention to detail. She does exactly what I ask for and my lashes always look amazing. I get tons of compliments & recommend her to everyone. Go see Jen… You won’t be disappointed!

Jennifer is awesome! I never had lashes before and I left with an amazing set of lashes and no questions about upkeep. She really knows how to make you feel comfortable and she always wants you to leave super happy with your lashes. She has def made me a lash addict. i will be going back for a long time.
