Brian was awesome! Look at how perfectly shaped, colored and shaped my nails are! My real nails with the «real gel» nail polish!
The last five places I’ve been to either shaped my nails wrong (and convinced me it was correct) shaped my nails crooked, or did a really bad paint job. I tried Brian based on reviews off of Unilocal and he did not disappoint. Best manicure ever!!! Just look how perfect!
I finally found a place to get my nails done. No miscommunications. He did an absolutely perfect job. Just look at how perfectly shaped they are? And no snags. Somehow other places I leave with nails that snag on clothing because they weren’t filed properly. Beautiful!

The most friendly staff i have ever met! At no other nail salon have i ever felt so welcome. I had brian and a lady whose name i didn’t catch do my acrylics and they turned out amazing. I had a specific way i wanted them to look and they did exactly that. Would recommend to all my friends!

I love that this place is near my house and they provide excellent service. The staff makes an effort to get to know their customers. It was my first time here but just about everyone else that came in were return customers. That says a lot about a place.
The price is reasonable. I know some people think it’s on the higher end but the quality and time they spend on you is well worth it.
I’ve been looking for a good nail salon in the area since moving to Scripps Ranch and I think I’ve just found it. Highly recommend!

This is a great salon! Compared to the place down the hill… they’re way more personable, have a TON more gel colors, and they do a much better job. I had a great experience here today. I will definitely be back.

I live 30 minutes away, all the way in mission valley, but I still make the drive because I love it here! They have a wonderful selection of both gel and regular colors. I’m really particular with my nails, and they always get it right!

First time here and I love this place! I felt so welcome. I found MVP Nails on Unilocal just like everyone else and, I’m so amazed! The woman at the front desk was more than accommodating! I got a manicure and pedicure and I love the results! I even got a small massage and boy did I need it. I’ve been to other nail salons and this one is by far my favorite! This place doesn’t even smell like a nail salon and on top of that it’s very sanitary. I will definitely be back! You definitely get what you pay for! Love, love, love it here!

As other reviews stated this is the cleanest nail shop ever. They really do sterilize all the tools! The staff is very cooperative with each other; very good customer service from all including when I made my first call for an appointment and spoke with Brian.
And the pedicure was fantastic! Great cuticle work, callous removal and excellent polish from Hannah. I ordered the works «ultimate» and they really spent the time to make it all perfect. The only thing I would change is that the paraffin was too hot initially — but most salons seem to struggle with that.

my new nail spot– couldn’t be happier with the paint job. My shellac nails and OPI nail polish colors didn’t match as well as i thought the were going to, but i cannot argue with their quality. I guess i should have swatted out/​tested both polishes to be 110% happy.
This is the perfect balance of moderate pricing and good quality. I would recommend anyone to get a mani/​pedi here. They take their time with filing– which my other places didn’t, and I hate when the shape is off. The technicians that did my nails and toes were great, and took their time with the details.

Excellent service spotless they actually sterilize all their tools. Took great care of my grandparents with the best customer service I’ve ever received !!! All the employees had smiles and greeted us and I can’t say enough good things !!! Brian is an excellent artist!!! He is a master of his craft!!! I love my feet and hands they are identical ! Excellent service!

Solid place for nails. Got a mani/​pedi. They had the latest colors I like and were very friendly. Knocked one star because a little pricier than I am used to (regular price is $ 32) and wish the leg massage was a little firmer but I would return.

I’ve taken my daughter to MVP several times now. They are always friendly and accommodating. My daughter usually finds some intricate nail designs that she likes and they are always up for the challenge. They do an awesome job!

I never been comfortable with people touching my feet let alone to get a pedicure. So while my aunt was getting her nails done, I decided why not. Kim was the person that worked on my pedicure and she was very nice and not mention she kept asking me if i okay and how I was doing. This place is very clean, not like the usual nail shops. Everyone there was very polite and friendly. My aunt and I both left very happy with our manicure and pedicure. We will be returning.

I just left my first appointment at this salon and I highly recommend it to everyone! Vivian greeted me immediately and everyone was so friendly and professional. My manicurist, Hanna, was super sweet and meticulous. She did a great job and gave me a wonderful foot massage!
They were very flexible when I needed to change the time of my appointment and I felt very welcome there. I will definitely be back!

Affordable, clean, and quality. Definitely coming back.
My sister was getting her hair done in the salon next door so I decided to walk in for a mani/​pedi. The salon was empty so I got started fairly quickly.
There are SO many colors to choose from and I ended up choosing a very light mint green color.
The girls were very kind and gentle, always smiling and laughing. I couldn’t talk to them because it seemed like they didn’t know very much english, but they made a point to provide good service and were very personable. The massages were good and the outcome was beautiful.
Mani/​pedi is typically $ 30 here, but because of the Unilocal deal, I paid only $ 26.
Overall, I am definitely coming back here soon.

Not your typical nail salon. Doesn’t have a strong smell and everything is clean. The massage chairs are nice and the girls are so sweet! Owners Vivian and Brian are the best! I always feel like family when I come here. :)
