Dr. Sepe is great and knows his stuff. I wish he would move to a different practice.
The office staff are sub-​par. The practice over charges like crazy. So much so, that they will tap out your insurance by the end of the year.
They bill incorrectly all the time.
They make scheduling mistakes on a regular basis. Once, I showed up for my scheduled visit with my little boy and they said I wasn’t on the books and I needed to leave and re-​schedule. After I took him out of school and took time off work. Then I SHOWED them my appointment card with the time and day on it that they gave me. They pretty much had to fit me in at that point. If I didn’t have it with me, they wouldn’t have believed me.
They NEVER do pre-​treatment estimates. You have to ask for it every time. If you don’t, watch out, you could be like me and get smacked with a $ 550 bill in the mail that you weren’t expecting because they used up your limit for insurance for the year and never told you.
Because they over charge.
They come up with all sorts of ways to use up your insurance money.
This place sucks. I am NEVER going back there again

I just have to say that I love Dr. Sepe. My story is too long to tell, but I’m on my way to dental bliss. Took a royal screw up of a previous dentist to get me back on track. Dr. Sepe is awesome and I will start bringing my toddler there soon as well.
