Established in 1998.
In 1998 after settling in Poway/Rancho Bernardo area Dr. Tyler joined as an
associate with Dr. David Staub who had practiced in the Poway/Rancho Bernardo area for over 35 years. When Dr. Staub retired, in 2004 Dr. Tyler took over the practice.

Dr. Bernadette Tyler received her undergrad degree at USD and then graduated in 1986 from SUNY at Buffalo. Dr. Tyler had her own private practice in Buffalo NY for 10 years before moving to sunny San Diego in 1998 to be closer to family.
