You can tell that the communication lacks within the employees. The line is always long. I’ve been here more than a few times and my order is usually wrong.

Friendly people almost all of the time… Usually terrible terrible wait times. In house is understaffed– drive through has most of the workers but it still takes a bit of time. Today? 4 – 5 ppl in drive through, 2 in house. Rewarded for being lazy? Cim aaaaahhhn.

This location is cute and cozy on the inside but it also gets very busy. The service here is 80% ill equipped to handle higher traffic times. I don’t know if they need more espresso machines, a bigger staff or both.
It doesnt matter how often I come here. This is my local neighborhood Starbucks but it is not like the bar on cheers. It is not a place where «everybody knows your name». Bummer! Ive been coming here for 2 years and I still get that blank stare. «And your name is???»
I am not one of those ppl who hate Starbucks and I guess they dont even have to get my name right. Who cares? They sell me caffeine.

Enjoy this starbucks very much. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but they take care of their customers. My orders are always correct and staff is genuinely nice. The location is perfect and there is always plenty of parking.

Would not accept 4 quarters for a dollar bill, and that change came from their drawer after I made a purchase. Lame!
