The staff here was friendly and caring.

Today was the first time I had a hip injection and I was anxious. But thanks to the staff and the facility, all went well. Apt was on time, I was made as comfortable as possible. The technician explained everything and was open to answering questions. The doctor was very professional.
I would highly recommend this place for procedures.

I just had to post a review of, my last experience here. I went in for cortisone hip shots on both hips, and having had them before, I expected the same painful, disquieting experience.
Dr. Goyal and his X Ray Tech Charlotte changed all that. Both are exceedingly caring and communicative. Dr. Goyal talked me through each step of the process, took his time, and was very gentle and caring.
Thanks to these two, I will no longer be afraid of getting these shots, and if I find I need more in the future, I will be asking for them by name.

I had to take my 7 year old in for an ultrasound yesterday. He has special needs and was very scared. We walked in to the waiting room, which has very comfortable chairs, and the front desk checked us in on the spot. She was very nice. Once my son was called back, we set him up on the chair and he started to cry. The ultrasound tech was very kind and very patient with him. She talked him through the whole thing and got him to calm down. This place was awesome and I will return if we need anymore work done

So I was told to be early 4 an 8am appt. I was, only to sit around as the staff & technicians wandered in AFTER 8 oclock. WTF?!

The worst experience ever. My mom’s appointment was at 1230. After waiting for over 35 minutes had to go back and ask reception what is happening, she said they are running behind. Another 15 minutes and we were called to go back for procedure. According to the tech they had last minute sick call and they were short staff. They could at least have a courtesy to let patient know that they are running behind. What a horrible place to go. Stay away from this place if you have a choice.

From Dr Anderson’s office:“Hey Ashley thanks so much for getting our guy in! Says he was really happy with the service and I told him to like valley radiology on facebook! Haha I’m sending another patient. You’re awesome!”

This place is a disaster. Some illitrate dumb receptionist welcome you with frown on their face ready to puke. They hate their jobs you can tell as soon as you walkin. Expect to wait 2 hrs or more for a simple x-​ray. Technicians r redicously slow

I had the worst experience with this office. I was referred here by my Childrens Primary care. I had no appt since my doctor informed me to go there right away. I signed in using their Walk In clipboard. I waited for more than an hour as the room started to empty. I asked the front person how much longer I had to wait. They didn’t realize I was on the list of the walk in clipboard, even though handed it to me and asked me to sign in when I first showed up. It’s extremely frustrating knowing I wasted my valuable time because of the lack of attentiveness by others.

This is for the 4S ranch location. This place was awesome for all your mammogram and breast Ultrasound needs. Why would anyone want to go anywhere else. You feel like your walking into a spa. I was able to get a same day appt, there was no wait and the staff was fast and efficient. NO WAITING. My doctor got my results the same day. I was so anxious about having to get a mammogram and worried about what it would show. By the time I left my mind was put at ease

Something tells me that previous reviews were not done by real patients.
This is one place one just doesn’t have to walk away from quickly, but more precisely run away from, at fast as possible.
After a grueling breast MRI it took them several days to figure out the MRI was incorrectly done due to some «technicalities. I was offered a second MRI at «no charge». At the end of the day, it was admited that the techinician made an error.
Let me extrapolate my conclusion a bit, the techinician did not know what she was doing and this outfit does not know either. After so many days, I was expecting that my surgeon would have the results but instead I got a deficient phone call from someone announcing that they «had terrible news» for me.
Now I have to undergo the same harrowing procedure somewhere else.
Their phone sing along mentions how «excellent» they are, how much they care for their patients, the state of the art equiptment, and all that; it is nothing but hogwash. The truth is they don’t even have a working email address on their web page, or staff that looks and acts proffesional

very impressed with yet another health care facility!!!
i had to have an mri done recently, knowing that i was somewhat claustrophobic from the same procedure last year. i was nervous but this experience differed in the sense that this facility went out of their way to ensure that i was as comfortable as i could be, offering me a blanket to keep warm, headphones to listen to music to ease my mind, and offered another cloth to cover my eyes to relax my mind.
so glad that i was referred to to this health care facility and had such a wonderful experience! thank you gateway radiology center!!!

And yet another visit to a doctors office today.
The Gateway Radiology Group is actually composed of 4 centers, 2 in Poway and 2 in Escondido. We visited Valley Radiology in Suite 101 of the same building.
It was quite easy to find the office as they were located right by the entrance of the building. The office area was spacious, and the staff were accommodating. My only issue was that we had to wait for about 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment and there really was no one in the reception area. When we were called, everything was fast and easy and we were out of there in no time.
No complaints really. Got the job done as needed.
