Wow Auto care has been my best bet over the last couple of years! Discount tires pointed me to this place offering me a rebate for the tire alignment service as they don’t deal with it. Ever since, I have relied on Chris to care for both my cars. He is honest, professional and recommends only those services which are absolutely required to keep your car running in the long run. I am happy to be moving closer to this locality from La Jolla!

Great people, I had some alignment problem and took it to them. They did the alignment and I feel my steering wheel is not center, so I took it back to them. They let me to seat in my car on alignment machine and set my steering wheel to my preference and than adjusted. Normally shop won’t let you do that because safety issue as they all said. It was surprise they let me do that. Also when I took back to them, they just took my car right in and work and simply said we will take care of it. Great customer service and great people. Recommend to anyone around San Diego area.

Highly recommend these guys. Today was my second time here came in with a bad alternator on my work truck anybody who needs a truck for work knows how important there are, no truck no money. It was late in the day and could not promise it would be done today but they called me after they closed and told me it was ready they stayed LATE to finish. Does not get any better then this. Highly recommend WOW Auto Care.

Ok, so I have to say I had an amazing experience here at WOW auto-​care! This place totally deserves 10 stars! The waiting room is spotless! And the guys are so nice :) I felt so comfortable, and being a female, it isn’t always so easy going into those places :/​Did I forget to mention I was able to get my car washed at the same time!!! Whaaaaaat!!! AMAZING! If you’re looking for your next mechanic, the guys here at WOW auto-​care are definitely your best bet! Check them out, I promise you won’t be disappointed. :)

These guys give a WOW experience! I stopped a couple of places prior to my visit and though they seemed good, WOW was great! I was not disappointed in Nolan, Dave, and their team. They even answer the phone in a way, that says, «We care!» I figured if they took the time to answer the phone that way, the employees would take the same consideration with my car, and they did! I started to recommend them on my way home. Thank you, WOW Auto Care, and I will be back!

Would give 6 stars if I could! Looking honest mechanics isn’t easy. They were recommended by a good mechanic friend who was not able to work on our car. The guys at this shop are not only good, they are HONEST! They will not gouge you and do repairs who will not need. They are fast and reasonable priced! The shop is clean, the owner Dave is wonderful and forthright! All the other guys are wonderful as well. I can never say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend these guys. They are professional and personable. I took my Altima to Mossy dealership, and they recommended me to do some work that I knew was overpriced.
I took my Altima here at Wrench on Wheels, and they were able to do the exact same work with a lower price. On top of that, they actually found a severe mechanical problem that the dealership over looked. They were able to fix the problem, and the Altima drives like the first day I bought it.
This was my first experience, but so far I am extremely pleased with their work.

So this is my review after the second time visiting this location. The first time, my car was getting an alignment at Evans tire off poway road. They said I needed to fix my rack and pinion, and lower control arms. I said, nope! Took it to masters automotive, and they concluded I did not need anything fixed. But then referred me to WOW. They aligned my car and everything was great.
As a returning customer for another vehicle, the customer service was excellent and my truck is aligned. The prices are very reasonable, they are efficient with their time. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend these guys for all your alignment needs.

WOW was the best «automotive» experience I have had. The place is pristine clean and the attendant took my car right away. I needed an alignment and based on their reviews I decided to take my car there. They did a great job in less time than was quoted and gave me a print out of the issues with my alignment.
While waiting I was able to kick back in a yummy leather recliner, with a fresh brewed cup of coffee and watch Netflix. Does it get any better than that?

My 2003 Silverado was desperately in need of a load of work to the font suspension — ball joints, idler arms, pitman arms, hubs — it barely made it in to the shop. Nolan and his team had me back on the road within two days, and my truck drives like it was new. I can’t say enough about the excellent service and quality of work. I heard about Wrench on Wheels from a friend who had a great experience with them, and I’m going to pass on the recommendation to anyone looking for a full-​service shop. Thank you, guys ~

Took my car in for an alignment and was beyond impressed. I called the day before my appointment to get it scheduled and they were able to fit me in the next morning. Nolan has taken care of my car on more than one occasion and not only is he very professional he does a great job. They’ve restored my faith in mechanics. He communicates well and is very easy to work with, no games here. The first time in was for brakes and the second was for tune up. Both times it didn’t cost me a penny to find out what was wrong and both times the price was very reasonable.
This is a place I could easily refer friends to and feel good about it.

I’ve received excellent, trustworthy services from Dave’s team. I have an old Ford truck/​suv that has gone into it’s high maintenance and repair phase and WoW has repiared what has needed to make it safe and drive-​able and we’ve systematically worked to repair items that have made it really hum. w/​o hitting my pocket book all at once. We also took an old Land Rover to WoW after having good work done by a Land Rover specialist out of town. Dave’s team found and fixed a couple of critical items before a long trip that were missed by the Land Rover experts. I enthusiastically recommend Wrench on Wheels! I’m in the process of relocating out of state and Wrench on Wheels will be sorely missed!

It’s really cool to finally find a shop that is completely honest and trustworthy. I had an oil leak that appeared to be a main seal leak which is the worst kind of leak because the engine has to come out. I dropped my truck off and even told Dave what I thought it was and he said well let’s just see what it ends up being after he trouble shoots it. I was so surprised to get the call that my truck had a much more minor leak that costs a fraction of a main seal leak to repair. They could’ve easily just fixed the minor leak and charged me for a main seal leak repair. I now don’t even question anything when it comes to what my vehicles need when I drop them off at Wrench on Wheels. I tell every single person I know to go there for auto repair and everyone has felt the same way as me after their experience at the shop.

We needed an alignment on our Honda and Suburban, without hesitation our mechanic suggested Wrench on Wheels. What a great experience, Nolan and David were first class and they can do anything car related. Besides getting the cars aligned I asked them to do the 60K check up on our Honda which cost far below the dealer price. Nolan suggested a steering kit for my Suburban, what a difference it has never felt better to drive. Trust and professionalism are most important to me, these guys deliver both with great prices as icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out.

A «TRUST WORTHY SHOP!!!» I was recommended to this automotive shop by Discount Tires in Mira Mesa (Ryan). This is a family owned business, that strives in their workmanship, customer service, and professionalism. I took my vehicle in for an alignment, drove away and my alignment is perfect. Also they have one of the best alignment lift’s I’ve seen. Make an appointment because they have a lot of loyal customers! Thanks again and highly recommended.

I was quoted a very reasonable price for Brake Fluid and Transmission fluid change. They even dropped me to work and picked me up. My headphone jack on the CD player was jammed and they fixed it for no charge.
I highly recommend this place for any kind of car maintenance. They are honest and very helpful.
I will go to them again for my next car service.

Finally I feel like I found a repair shop that I can trust. I was referred to Wrench-​On-​Wheels through my Mother who met them through BNI.
Dave and Nolan both run their shop in a organized efficient manner. Even on the busiest days they make sure to have your car completed on the same day (assuming it’s not an extensive repair)
All their equipment is top quality which is one reason why you can be rest assured that any alignment you have them do will be spot on. With their high quality equipment, they are able/​willing to align lowered vehicles which many places won’t want to.
They also are open to aftermarket installations. On my 2014 Mustang GT they installed a short-​throw shifter in a timely manner. The bill showed less hours to install than the quote I got from JBA racing. Which says something considering how often JBA does short throw shifter installs.
A common repair or a modification, they will take care of you…
