This shop has been completely changed with new ownership and a new service manager. From the cleanliness of the shop itself to the work ethic, it’s all new. The new service manager is really into explaining everything that’s happening with the car and recommending the right/​necessary services, not just selling a bunch of things. Service is on time and friendly.

I just picked up my 1987 Suzuki Samauri from Aamco Transmissions in Prescott Valley. What a nice drive home to Prescott. I never imagined that the ride and the shift could be so smooth; now I’ve had this Samauri for some 20 years and 2 transmission rebuilds and who knows how many clutches; the last guy that worked on it created a shimmy in 1st and 2nd gear if you got on it too much. In short, this is by far the smoothest shifting and running trans ever! Fortunately, all that was needed was a new clutch and related parts and a good mechanic at a reasonable price – and that’s what I got, heck they even took care of towing it from my home to their shop! I am very satisfied!
