Received a mail from the bank which puzzled me and I called on Aug 4. The staff advised that it was mailed by mistake. Due to past bad experience, I demanded a written letter to acknowledge the mistake so that I have a proof in the event the bank mistakenly submitted my account to the State. The staff agreed to prepare the letter and mail to me on that same day for I have requested a date to expect the correction letter to be mailed. To my disappointment, I still have not received the letter as of today. Thus my post to Unilocal as this is not the first bad experience I had with this bank. The more ridiculous thing is that the letter requested the letter to be mailed back by a date without a date typed in and mailed back in the enclosed envelope which they did not include. Does any one proof read/review the letter before sending?
