Bumper to Bumper

When you’re spending over $ 500 the staff seems friendly and organized, unfortunately that all falls apart when you have to bring it back because said repair fails. Very disappointed in my service from receiving my car back with greasy handprints all over inside and out, to having to bring it back because repair was not done correctly. Having my car confused with someone else’s being told I needed repairs that weren’t needed, to being called to say it was ready, making the trip there and being told it was not, leaving and having to call hours later just in time before they close to find out it is ready now but I was never contacted. Get this, they wanted to leave my car unlocked with the keys in it after hours for me to pick up NO THANKS! MAKE SURE TO WRITE DOWN YOUR MILEAGE AS I FOUND A RECIEPT FOR PARTS BOUGHT AT A DEALERSHIP OVER 40 MILES AWAY THAT WERE NOT FOR MY CAR LEADING ME TO BELIEVE THAT MY CAR WAS DRIVEN ON A PARTS RUN!!! This place definitely lacks structure and proper management and makes you feel like they really don’t want you as a customer. Never once was there even an apology for the many failures on their part! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place unless they address their problems, starting with management. Customer satisfaction should be top priority, I definitely did not get the impression that is even on the list of priorities at all for these guys… If you consider what you did for me a favor I would like my $ 500 back. Thanks.

So, let me say this is the most honest auto shop I have ever walked in. About 6 months ago I walked in and wanted to get a quote to fix the transmission on my Monster Truck «Big Hos». When I walked in I was amazed at the layout and all the amenities available to me. I didn’t have to wait long before Mike E came out and without looking at my truck gave me a quote way under what I expected. He wrote the quote on the back of his business card and signed it. I thought WOW. Too Good To Be True. I went back a few days ago to find that Mike had a family emergency and has been out and don’t know when he will be back. I spoke to Issa the owner and he honored the quote. The next day Danny called me on my cell to let me know everything they had found and has been keeping me in the price range of what I am willing to pay beyond the work in the quote. I WILL GO TO THIS SHOP FROM NOW ON!
STAY AWAY FROM INTEGRITY AND GO TO BUMPER TO BUMPER.
