Grand Estates of Prosper

I’ve been at The Grand Estates since the end of December and the office staff is great. What I dislike about this property is the lack of commitment and the lack of accountability amongst the tenants and asking for the help of the office staff. The amount of individuals who lack the decency to pick up after their pets is amazing. The ponds are littered with dog poop, the grass outside of then buildings are filled with piles of dog poop as well. You can ask for accountability but you’re not going to get it. The towing company in which we use marks cars with parking tickets even if the car has a parking pass ruining their tenants windshields. I am disappointed in the lack of care the community has for its appearance and unfortunately the standards in which many people live are disturbing and disgusting. I think The Grand Estates needs to update its policies and actually pay attention to who lives here as this complex has the potential to be great but with the lack of accountability and commitment not just the tenants have but the office staff as well leads me to my excitement of when my lease is over.

You get what you pay for it, it is a good place to live and maintenance is extremely responsive
Simon and Miranda in the front office are very solid from all that I have seen, worth the money and the location is not far out like people think it might be. Walmart and more is literally 5 minutes away.
The lake is well maintained and I take my daughter to walk around it nearly everyday I am in town
