STAYAWAY!!! DONOTRENTHERE!!! They are very nice when you first come in and THEN you sign your lease. They are rude, treat you like crap when you move in. The never follow through with anything. They are extremely hard to deal with, and fine you for anything they can. We had a death in our family and had to drive out of state. I told them that we would be 2 days late taking down our Christmas lights around our door. REMEMBER: A DEATH in our family! When we returned home, we had a $ 50 fine for«out of season decorations». When I called to remind them of the death in our family, I was told, «Sorry, there isnt anything we can do for you. I was shocked. When we first moved in, our rent was $ 1,294. We’ve been here 3 years and our rent is over $ 1,700 per month for a 2 bedroom apt. Also, rent goes up significantly, ever time you renew your lease. They do not care about you and appreciate your business! We waited 4 days to get light bulbs and a we to get a filter for our air conditioner. They don’t return your phone calls, and you have to leave 4 – 5 messages, before they do. When you are in Prosper, which is far away from shopping, Dr., dentist, etc. and you pay over $ 1,700 a month for a 2 bedroom apt, and get treated poorly, it’s upsetting to say the least. They are not friendly, are extremely hard to deal with, and make up excuse after excuse. Our neighbors were planning on staying her for 2 years, while their house was being built. They were treated so poorly, and were so frustrated, experiencing no customer service, they decided to move out. Katie is the manager, and she is so rude. She blatenly ‘lies and does not care about you, or your family! Remember, we had a death in our family, which they knew about and still gave us a fine for having Christmas lights on our door, two days longer than they were allowed. The old manager Sherri had been arrested for hot checks, and moved her brother into her garage. Classy! They would party and drink all night. Since we have small children, it was very outlandish and bizzarr! Haylee is a listing assitant, and is a total space cadett. She would promise to call us back, and it would take 4 – 5 days before we would hear from her. She never followed up. If ypu look at the Google Reviews, Katie comments that its the best place shes ever lived in. Shes the Property Manager, not a resident. It’s very deceptive!
