I love these guys! A hardworking family operation that I feel is the best in the area. There is another Prosser carpet cleaner I used only once and the owner was rude. he also showed up at 9 pm with a 5 pm appointment.

Worst attitude ever very rude. Was called by carpet tech asking for directions to my home… tried to explain then he lashed out due to lack of knowledge of the area, so very unprofessional.
I then call the main office to make aware of the issue and to my surprise the female who answered could have cared less. I will not ever in my life call these people again. Theres a reason why they are cheap… i wouldn’t let them do my carpets if it was FREE!!!

This company is terrible. We had an appointment today to get our carpets cleaned before we move tomorrow. My girlfriend waited for them to show up and they never did. She finally called to see what was going on and they told her they will not be sending anyone because there technician injured himself. I understand the injury and being short staff, but the lack of communication and the rudeness of the office staff is terrible. Since I’m leaving I won’t have to worry about using them again, but I would recommend using a different company.

Great experience today with Williams Carpet Cleaning in Prosser, Washington. The carpet had severe staining from years of pet traffic: brown, matted, ground-​in stains which a strong odor… extremely unpleasant. One phone call to Williams Carpet Cleaning got us a firm price quote and an appointment for the next week. The cleaning van arrived at 9:00 AM on the day appointed, and the technician, Curtis, was friendly and efficient. In less than an hour he had cleaned and deodorized the master bedroom and bath, hallway and living room. We had moved the dining room table and chairs outside to the carport, but that was all that we moved. Curtis worked around all the remaining furniture as we had requested. The carpet looked wonderful, including the badly soiled hallway. The final price was exactly what had been quoted: $ 179. Well done, Williams Carpet Cleaning!
