Went there for the first time today since I had seen good reviews. I have to say I am disappointed. I got a Swedish massage and a mani/​pedi. The massage was great which is why I’m giving the two stars but the mani/​pedi was not. I had about 3 nail techs throughout the time I was there. By the time they got to my finger nails they kept cutting at my cuticles and made two of my fingers bleed painfully. I went home in pain and then washed my hands which only resulted in my fingers bleeding even more. It’s very pricey so def. not going back.

Clean, spacious and relaxing environment. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Free massages are amazing!

I am a very picky person when it comes to nails, but I can say the nails techs are great. Friendly and clean environment. Pus they have offer off street parking. Chilly inside I kept my coat on.

A gem in Providence! They are the best nail salon in RI! They definitely know how to cater to their clients and does a great job on my nails.

Great neighborhood Nail Shop. Very clean and state of the art. New construction. They autoclave their utensils so I feel confident that I’m protected. The shoulder massage is a plus!

I came here twice to get nail repairs and they were very accommodating for my last-​minute appointment. I got my nails done initially in Toronto, very unique style with gel and sponge, and they managed to repair them as close as the original design as possible… At least from a distance– lol! They’re very friendly and the salon is new and very clean. I went earlier to California Nail and left within minutes of arriving because of the shady location and cleanliness in spite of it’s high reviews. I didn’t appreciate having to go to the store to pull out money at and out of service ATM machine, not to mention all of the men standing outside of the liquor store. I’m glad I went with my gut and came here.

Best nail salon in Providence! So clean and nice inside, great service, Eric did an amazing job with my nails, and went above and beyond with all of the extras. It’s a bit pricey, but you really get what you pay for and more.

I love this place! They’re always so gentle with my nail and feet and ask me periodically if it looks ok.

First time here im in love with this place. Everyone is so nice and professional. And salon itself is immaculate …

NEVER go here!!! Went there to get my acrylics filled and they cut them too short, when I told them they were too short the guy working on me yelled and argued with me! They also refused to make them longer, now I’m stuck with short nails that are fat and the length of my normal nails and had to pay $ 35 for them still. Very upset with my experience, never going back!!!

Went there for the first time today. I got a pedi and a full set. There are no prices posted anywhere and I was not told the price for the full set until I paid. The pedi that I got was supposed to come with a 10 minute free massage… which I never received. The man (Eric) did a good job on the pedi. However, he was very rough with the fingernails. He made 2 of my nails bleed, and others came vary close. He also put the powder on very strangely. I am used to a brush being used… instead, he just put a clear polish on and dipped my nails one at a time in to the powder and then flicking my finger to get any extra powder off… I don’t know about you, but I don’t really enjoy being flinked repeatedly… also, my thumb nails are not the same length. The rest are fine… but so far this is quite annoying. Also, exceptionally pricey. Pedi was $ 36, and that’s with a 20% off special. Full set was $ 40. They did a good job, but I think I could have found a similar quality for cheaper… don’t think I’ll be back.

They’re very clean and good at what they do. It’s a little pricy but worth it, and they even give a mini massage while your nails dry. Would definitely recommend over the places in the providence place mall!

Love this place. First visit today. Place looks new. Extremely clean and spacious. Love when nail salons use sterilized equipment. They also include complimentary massages which felt very relaxing. They used the new keratin lotion gloves. Left my hands extra smooth and smells great. I had Sharon as my nail tech. She was awesome. She was very fast and efficient. She took pride in her job and made sure I was satisfied. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely return and would recommend this place. Btw having parking in the back available was a plus!

By far the best place I have ever gone to! They are all about their customers and making sure they’re comfortable and get exactly what they want! The environment is serene and smells amazing as soon as you walk in its very relaxing. They take their time with you, every 5 minutes someone was massaging me while I got my nails done. Every employee was friendly beyond belief and my nails came out wonderful! All of the products they use smell great and make your hands feel soft and smooth! This was simply the absolute best experience I’ve ever had and will most definitely continue to come here! Pricing is reasonable especially with the service and kindness, totally worth it! Love this nail salon!

This is the best spot for manicures and pedicures in providence. It’s bright, clean, and trendy. Staff is professional and does a great job. I plan on making this my biweekly ritual.

Finally found a nail spot in Providence that is clean, relaxing, with fantastic service. My nail tech took his time and made sure I was very comfortable. My nails came out fantastic and I will definitely be a regular here! I never write reviews too, but this place is definitely worth it!

Excellent service, great atmosphere, great employees and very clean!!! This will be my home for my manicures and pedicures. They have a special going on 20% off until November. Great way to wind down after a rough day at work. They also have massage chairs!
