Excellent service, with knowledgeable and friendly employees, great hours, and even popcorn! If they don’t have it, they will order it. They also sharpen knives and scissors, make keys, demonstrate how to operate appliances, and help you load your car when you’re done shopping.

I like coming here because the people are friendly. Customer Service is of high importance to me and I come back to a business depending on how they treat customers. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a cashier right away and ask if there’s anything they can do to help. I had my car keys copied here and the technical person wanted to make sure it was working for my car, so he had me try the keys in my car before I even paid— what an exceptional service they provided. I also appreciate how I can bring my doggy in the store and the employees are very pet friendly.
Some of their items are a bit pricey for me, however, I’ll come back to this store location because of the people and how they make customers feel important. Thank you Ace Hardware of Pullman and hats off to the owner of this store in training employees in delivering an excellent customer service.

Matt, a floor lead, was super helpful on both occasions in which I recently have visited Ace. I had a mirror custom ordered, and when it was misplaced in stock he immediately made every effort to find it. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the store is clean and well organized.

I can always find the little things I need for around my apartment here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When I needed some pallets for my storage unit because I wanted to eliminate the chance of water damage; they gave them to me for free.
ACE is great & while WalMart might have the item you need; good luck getting help trying to find it. That’s why I don’t bother and I just head straight to ACE.

Oh my goodness this place is amazing!
I absolutely love coming here for random house supplies because the people who work here are all so nice and helpful. Instantly after walking through the second pair of automatic sliding doors, you’re greeting with authentic smiles and asked whether or not you need help.
In all honesty, I wouldn’t say that I need help so I’m very glad that they come up to me and offer me assistance while I look at products dumbfoundedly.
Their shelves are always stocked with all of the good stuff and their prices are all reasonable. It’s always so clean in here and it makes me just wanna do a whole bunch of home improvement!

My boyfriend and his friend are doing a project that involved mounting a sensor onto a robot. We had never ventured into the store, but were surprised at how huge it was. One of the employees told me that it used to be a Safeway. The boys were happy about finding the right screws and whatnot. Apparently, when they made their second trip, an employee even cut a piece of brass plating for them.
I mostly just wandered around the store for awhile and was pleased about the huge selection of seeds. I’ve been wanting to plant something, so I know where to go now for advice. They had a small selection of starter plants outside that I might go back to check out.
There were kitchen gadgets and even stuff for your pets or horses. Suffice it to say that this isn’t your average hardware store.

I went from going to hardware stores as a kid, where everyone knew my Dad’s name, to big box stores where nobody knew anything about hardware, and now back to a store where everyone knows me.
Henry’s is Pullman’s saving grace. If it weren’t for this store, I would have a lot of unfinished projects and broken appliances.
Everyone there is super friendly, and it seems like they always have, at least, one expert for what I need.
Hardware stores around here, are few and far between. Henry’s is the only one that hits every nail right on the head.
