Residence Inn Pullman

Great place! Such nice rooms, easy access to WSU games — this location is right on campus and the only problem you are going to have is finding rooms that aren’t already sold out. They release rooms for the year in December, when the football schedule is released, so if you know that you want to go to a game — get your room early, New hotel, excellent rooms, nice lounge area downstairs.

Nice spacious room, with full kitchen. The front desk is very efficient, faster check in than many other hotels. Decent breakfast included with stay. The shower space is open with no curtain which might be a bit cold depending on season.

Friendly hotel with rooms that are nicer and larger than my apartment in San Francisco.

I travel all over USA for business. Can be tiring after many legs of long flights. Was delighted when I checked in to this Residence Inn, lovely sized, clean room (size of a studio apt) & sweet, helpful front desk team. They gave me a terrific recommendation for local pub for supper.
Not all hotel chains are this quiet, clean, and staffed with such nice folks. This Residence Inn location in Pullman is lovely.

Nice hotel! We stayed in the King one bedroom suite, which was extremely spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice also. Good breakfast as well. Friendly and helpful staff. I would have given 5 stars, but the bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived.

Great stay and convenient for business on WSU campus. They have a great full breakfast, coffee is always available, rooms are nicely appointed and the bed provides Marriott sleep. A full kitchen in the room includes a dishwasher, which is a rare touch. The room also has a shower-​only set-​up; the water pressure is a little underwhelming, but it’s stylish.
The bar pours generously, and the hotel has nightly lobby events. The airport shuttle is convenient and present for all flight arrivals. For departures, the hours listed at the front desk deviate from the actual schedule a bit.
All employees save one that I encountered were incredibly helpful and friendly. The girl working the front desk on the morning of 8 October — Shawna, I believe — needs some retraining on customer service. She was surly, rude and her general attitude communicated that everything she did was a very inconvenient favor for the customer. A shame as everyone else — from the shuttle to the front desk, kitchen+bar — were gracious and welcoming.

Most friendly staff I have ever come across! We sat in the lobby 2days while room was being made and watched front desk employees being sooooo patient and nice it blew our minds. Not to mention the room attendants and breakfast attendants. Awesome staff!

Spacious rooms, Full Kitchen, Comfy and clean beds and room.
Pleasing staff. Good selection of breakfast items — Sausage, Scrambled eggs, Roasted Potatoes etc. Rest are usual items — cereal, cold milk, bread, bagels, waffles, selection of juices, coffee etc.

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting WSU and University of Idaho. Clean, new, and modern room with comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, and a nice desk.
I drive an electric car, they went out of their way to find an outlet for me and put up a cone to save me the nearest parking spot for when I came back after dinner.
Nice, hot self serve breakfast with proteins, carbs, and fruits.

Clean. Great Service. Location on campus cannot be beat. Easy access to running trails. Modern, classy, quality rooms with good beds, great décor. I would stay again.

In Pullman, Washington, this is THE hotel. Not only is it the only hotel actually on the WSU campus, it’s also the newest and cleanest in town. Plus, there’s a free shuttle to/​from any place on campus or the nearby Pullman airport.
The tiny lobby bar is tiny, but the bartender is a total gem with the best pours of drinks I’ve had ever … ever. My nightly Gin & Tonic regimen was basically Gin & a splash of tonic. Perfect!
It also seems like they have lobby events most evenings. The two coolest were free S’mores one night and the Southfork Public House Food Truck serving up Cougar Gold Mac & Cheese another night.
I had the pleasure of staying here for a couple visits to town over a couple weeks and it was a good hotel for anyone doing business at WSU. My room was clean and new with a Kitchen, swivel TV, and large cool glass shower. The only annoyance was both rooms had full size refrigerators that were ridiculously loud … so, I unplugged them and enjoyed a good nights rest. The on-​site Fitness Center is a-​ok while the Business Center is just a computer in the lobby next to the bar. Finally, breakfast was fast and free. DIY Waffles, fresh bananas, and scrambled eggs were the highlights.
When it came time to book my next trip to Pullman for business, there was no doubt where I’d be staying … THE hotel … the Residence Inn Pullman.

This is a new place (as of 2015) and it is *awesome* — clean, stylish rooms with a staff that is friendly and professional. The free breakfast is great. So is the free shuttle service — the staff cheerfully picked us up from the airport, took us to the college, and picked us up from town when we wandered there from the campus. The rooms feel more like a studio apartment than a hotel — truly a home away from home.

I recently stayed here. I thought the building lobby area was very nice and contemporary. The décor throughout was great. They also have a full hot breakfast that was included with our stay. I was apprehensive to try anything that was not prepared and packagrd offsite. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen after seeing how dirty my room was. The place is brand new so there was no reason for me to smell and see black mold/​mildew in the shower area. There were also splatters of different colors on the shower walls. All of the shelves in the bathroom were coated in dust. I will say that the contemporary design looks like a logistical nightmare for the housekeeping staff but it looked like the person assigned to my room took a nap instead of cleaning. It was sad to see a new buisness in my community with so much potential would have such low standards.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and let me tell you… It was amazing! His place is absolutely beautiful! The décor is sleek and modern, and very eco friendly. I absolutely loved the room I stood in! It was very space, huge bed and flat screen TV, cute little kitchen (with pots, pans, plates, silverware, and even a full sized fridge), and very fluffy towels! Lol. There’s a 24-​hour gym, mini-​market, and the continental breakfast is delicious! They even have «social hours» with free food and drinks (I didn’t have a chance to see what this was all about). If you’re planning on visiting Pullman and need a place to stay, this place is a must!
The only negative thing I have to say is, the shuttle service to/​from the airport was horrible. A shuttle ride from the airport had been arranged beforehand, and the shuttle was supposed to pick me up at 11:15pm. By 11:35pm, the shuttle had still not arrived. I called the front desk of the hotel and was told that the shuttle had left «2 minutes ago.» The shuttle arrived 15 – 20 minutes later, only it never stopped. The shuttle driver just drove through the parking lot and drove away. I called the Front Desk of the Hotel and let the Front Desk Agent know what happened. He seemed surprised when I told him that the Shuttle driver never stopped and that he would give him a call. 15 minutes later, the shuttle finally comes back to the airport. The shuttle driver seemed really irritated that he had to pick me up, like if I was inconveniencing him. By the time I got to the hotel and to my room, it was after 12:15 in the morning.
I was so disappointed in the shuttle service that when I had to go back to the airport, I made sure to arrange for my own transportation. Other than that, everything else was fabulous!

Amazing! I have nothing bad to say. Bed is comfortable. Great pillows. Wifi is quick. Room is large. I will be back!

Recently stayed here for a business trip, and thought it was a great hotel (especially since there is not a lot to choose from between Pullman and Moscow).
I like that the new Residence Inn’s are shooting for a «boutique» feel to their décor, and it’s definitely an upgrade from the older Residence Inns.
The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which really made my stay more enjoyable. Room was clean and nicely laid out, with a full kitchen and living room area. Bed was really comfy, and shower had good water pressure, which are two things I always look for.
Great location to WSU (within walking distance), and they also provide complimentary airport shuttle service, which came in handy since a flight I was on got cancelled, and I had already turned my rental care back in.
Overall, a great hotel that I would highly recommend for this area.

This was my third visit since they opened, I booked as a WSU football season ticket holder and needed a place to stay for those weekends. It is a short walk to campus.
Things I really like:
— They are always welcoming of me and my husband as well as our old 100-​lb dog.
— We fly in for the games. Someone always cheerfully arrives to the airport within 10 minutes of our call to pick us up (yep, even the dog). And they are always ready with a smile to take us back to the airport when our trip is over.
— Rooms are modern and spacious. Very comfortable with a full kitchen. VERY handy to have a bigger fridge and an ice maker.
— Buffet breakfast is good and sets a nice «base» for the day.
— Lobby/​bar area is very nice. Pool also seems quite nice but didn’t use it.
As with any other hotel in Pullman, the price goes up significantly during special event weekends like football games (our studio suite was ~$ 300/​night). Which leads to my only complaint — if I am paying that kind of money to stay in Pullman, I expect housekeeping to be of better caliber. It’s the weak link of this hotel. But I think management is aware and hopefully there will be some improvement there.
All in all, a real nice play to stay with nice people working there.

Excellent place to stay for short or long term. Good location, close proximity to WSU. The place is new and very clean. Price per night is reasonable considering the quality of the hotel.

Great location on the WSU campus. New building, very clean. Great customer service. Pool, Fitness room, and evening reception with drinks and appetizers. Would definitely recommend if visiting WSU. Within walking distance to sports venues.

Fresh, crisp and modern!
The Marriott bed and pillows are fantastically comfortable, the rooms spacious and modern. My room had a large living room with big TV and a private bedroom with another TV. Posh.
The only glitch is I couldn’t connect to the internet in my room. When I finally did, I lat found out that I had to pay. Nearly all Marriott’ s fit wifi to Elites. So the fact this property isn’t that generous should be clearly displayed on the sign-​up website.
The barroom is very cool, sleek. No bathtubs here. And no shower curtain, just a pane of glass which I like a lot. But new building glitch, the toilet wouldn’t flush well and despite the cool factor if the shower, the water pressure was very low which as we all know, is the key to a good shower…
Overall a great stay, but not without a few problems.
