I waited to review this location thinking a lot of the problems were due to it being brand new… unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case. If you have a 30 minute lunch break skip this location. Even an hour lunch break would have you shoving what you could in your mouth while racing back to work. The extremely long drive-thru wait times would seem to suggest hand made tortillas or at the very least piping hot, freshly made food. You will be rewarded with neither at the end of your 20+ minute wait. Instead expect cold, soggy food and subpar customer service.

I’m sorry to say folks, not much has changed a year later. I went for a late lunch through the drive thru today(2:30 to be exact) and it took 30MINUTES!!! My order was correct, thank goodness, and the cashier was nice and friendly, but come on 30MINUTES!!! No one has time for that — it’s why we’re at FAST food! I actually filled out the survey on the back of the receipt for the first time in my life. We need our TB fix every now and then, so they have to get this fixed!

They have really stepped it up, I am happy to report! Wait times are down considerably and I haven’t had an error on my order in sometime-now. Just your run of the mill taco bell. I will report back should something change my fellow Unilocalians.

I’m not sure how you can be so bad at your job. Literally sat in drive through for almost 30 minutes! Fast food should be fast. Honestly, this place is the most inefficient fast food joint I’ve ever been to. I have given it a shot a few times but I can’t risk being late to work or dying of starvation in the drive thru any longer. Get it together TB!

As a fast food chain I don’t expect much, except I expect the service to be FAST. Unfortunately it is not. The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I complain to management a lot but they still haven’t fixed this issue

This Taco Bell is so slow… it took me 20 minutes to get my food(a taco and nachos) through the drive through once. It doesn’t matter what time or day you go, there will probably be a line and even if it doesn’t look that long, it will probably take a while. They’ve never gotten my order wrong though and I usually have decent or friendly service. It’s the only Taco Bell in the area so I can’t really complain.

The food is just as average as any other Taco Bell. The staff is just a friendly and bored out of their mind as any other Taco Bell. But good god, the wait time is EXTREMELYSLOW unlike any other Taco Bell! I mean come on, how hard is to make Mexican food, it’s like five ingredients!(Joking but you get where I come from) When I asked why such the long wait, the employee said they were understaffed and are trying to figure out how many people to have on each shift being a new restaurant and all. Well this was in October, a few months after opening and they should over staff before understaffing to ensure quality service. It is now January and they are still extremely slow!

This Taco Bell location has been open since late summer and this is the first visit I made. I went to their drive-thru during rush hour and when they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch. Initially, I wanted something from the breakfast menu, however, the cashier said they were out of breakfast items and I ordered something else. When I arrived at the drive-thru window, I was greeted with a smile by a female cashier, she thanked me for being patient and apologized about not having the breakfast item I wanted. The wait was not long I’d say only about 3 – 5 minutes, and I got my order. I appreciate Taco Bell for placing importance in Customer Service. This female cashier surely had very good customer service skills. She was consistent from the time I arrived and ordered my food until the time my food was delivered to me. Taco Bell was also busy busy busy and no matter how stressed, felt rushed the time was, she made me feel important and acknowledged me. «Please» “Thank you” «We appreciate your business.» Surely does goes a long way.

This place either has horrible management, management without brains or just can’t not hire horrible people. If this place is ever under new management, I’ll come back but until then dealing with bitchy drive through girls who keep saying ‘Welcome to Taco Bell’ to an empty space is just stupid. Get a grip guys.

It’s Taco Bell… In a town with no Taco Bell. So naturally right now it’s slammed most of the time. Though the staff is polite and service is decently quick for the amount of people coming through here.
