Maui Aina Appraisal Company was founded in 1992 by John Mulligan, Hawaii Certified Residential Appraiser. The company has a long history of residential appraisal in Maui County which continues to serve the needs of local and national lending institutions, private parties and government agencies.

Mr. Mulligan’s background includes 6 years experience in real estate sales.

In 1986, Mr. Mulligan was certified as a staff appraiser with United Evaluators Inc. of Florham Park, New Jersey, a full service

appraisal firm serving the needs of over 275 Banks, Savings &Loan, Lending Institutions and Mortgage Brokers.

From 1988 through October 1992, Mr. Mulligan served as Senior Managing Appraiser for a local appraisal company.
