The general manager Christina is EXTREMELY rude to her employees, and even in front of customers. She kept yelling for my cashier to come help her when the cashier and I were in the middle of a transaction involving a fair amount of money, and my cashier told her we were waiting on change. Then when we left the counter she continued to yell at my cashier for«not listening» to her. I then confronted her that my cashier was just waiting for my change with an open till and was in the middle of a customer transaction, and all she said was«Thanks for the input.» and continued to yell at her. Not only was I upset for my cashier, but as a customer it made me feel undervalued and unwelcome when Christina was interrupting our transaction. Sad to say I won’t support this location because of such a rude general manager.

If you come here for Military discount Dont waste your time. They no longer honor military or retired personel. When I ask why the server was rude explaining it

I got an email from Taco Time corporate. They requested that I fill out a survey about a new ad campaign. For my time and effort they promised a $ 5 gift card. TWOWEEKS after completing the survey, I get an email with the $ 5 gift code to use at any PARTICIPATING Taco Time. Weeeellll, I drove to the only Taco Time I know, which is next to the Pierce County Library. I have eaten here like maybe three times in the 14 plus years that I have lived in this community. Here’s why… 1. PRICE: Your prices are ridiculous. You have the same prices as Chipotle and they have way better food. Taco Bell prices their food much more reasonably and with bigger portions. 2. Portion size: You get more for your money at almost any other mex restaurant in the area. I have tried them all. 3. Preparation: Taco Bell prepares their food better than you… that was NOT a compliment to Taco Bell. Anyway, I had this stupid gift certificate, so I drove up and ordered. I gave them the email printout AND $ 20 bill to cover the rest of the order. The pimple at the window took it to the manager. The manager came to the window and said that they are NOT a participating chain. I told her that I would leave this review. Also they forgot to give me my $ 20 back and so I had to pull back up and wait for pimple to run it out to me.

I can always count on great quality Mexican fast food at this location. I mainly use the drive through and order for four each time, they always get it right. Great sides to always add as well. Mmm I love the fresh hot suace too. Always a great go to when in a pinch for time abd still looking for some good quality. Love Taco Time…

Food is fresh and taste is fine, but Taco Time prices are getting ridiculous… Cheaper to get served in a full scale Mexican restaurant. Not good enough to justify the ever rising prices.

Me and my hubby came from Vegas to visit family. It is a great place to eat! The food was fresh, and we really enjoyed the salads. We also had a free sample at the downtown fair the other day. The sample was a pretty good portion. Much better than other fast food places, like Taco Bell and Del Taco. We will go here again when we visit family again! Wish there was one here in Nevada!

To be fair, my friend said she really liked the soft chicken tacos. Like, she hasn’t tried anything else there because she says they are so good. And all during our trip, we made a point to point out each Taco Time we saw. But, in the end, it’s fast food, and it only gets so good. Just can’t compete. Also, Taco Time is fun to say.

not too surprised that this was just ok. Fast food tacos served with a smile though. Sister had the beef crispy taco, which was way better than my vegetarian wrap. Oh well.

This place has always served fresh food. It’s right next to the South Hill Library so if you need a study break this is a great place to go. Clean place and friendly staff. I come here relatively often.
