It’s a shame the sales people are so immature and really not the nicest.
I’ve worked customer service jobs for years and years so it really upsets me when sales people can’t even do the simplest task of being polite, these girls act like the real life Mean Girls. It really ruined my experience.
Instead of helping me, Sara had all the employees huddle in a circle in the back and point at me and ignore me when I tried calling them over for help multiple times.
I think it all started when I asked if they could help me find a smaller size. It’s unfortunate. I did like the jeans, but it’s not worth the catty stressful time.

Shitty, overpriced jeans. Don’t let your daughters begging sway you. They don’t last long. When you walk in a salesgirl will measure you and then throw you into a fitting room with like 80 pairs of identical jeans and pressure you into buying them all. Don’t fall for it, that’s all I’ve got to say.

Just went there and had such great customer service. I said a size and they brought multiple options. The manager was great. Although pricey the service alone was worth it.

Best place to buy your jeans! I love that they will tailor your jeans to the exact length that you desire. My wife bought a pair of jeans two years ago and needed the zipper replaced. They replaced the zipper at no charge and had her favorite jeans ready for the weekend! Love this store!

I went to this store because it is close to home, but the one in the Tacoma mall is so much better. On Monday I went to the one in Tacoma and the customer service was excellent. I went in and was greeted right away. The girl helped my boyfriend and I find everything we were looking for in our sizes, set up fitting rooms for us next to each other and even found similar items she thought we may like. She checked back with us and even gave input on the things we tried on. The check out process was smooth and she was knowledgeable. The process was awesome. Now fast forward to Wednesday when I go to this store at the south hill mall. Complete opposite experience. I walked in the store and looked around for 25 minutes. Nobody said one word to me. I was not greeted, offered any help, nothing. One girl was talking to a friend, two other girls were talking to each other and the other one seemed to be doing some sort of inventory. There was maybe 2 other shoppers. I found some items I liked but was never offered a dressing room. I was treated as though I didn’t exist, even after making eye contact with multiple employees. I had just gotten off work so it may have been I was dressed enough like I shop there. Whatever the reason, I put back my items and left. None of those girls were getting commission from my purchases, I will go back to Tacoma mall.

Hands down, the best place to purchase pants. I have very long legs, 35, which is taller than the long jeans (34) typically found anywhere else, so it makes it very difficult to find jeans in my length. This place offers free tailoring and the customer service is exceptional! I’ve never been to another store where they keep the jeans/​clothing coming. You only have to get undressed once. They also have just about every known brand name jeans. Love, love, love this store.
Expect to pay around $ 80 at the cheaper end for buckle brand jeans to $ 180 for rock revival. Still get a killer deal compared to other departments.

The store has some rally awesome stuff but its VERY expensive. Some of the clothes aren’t worth it. The actual buckle brand of clothing is what I have a problem with. I have many shirts with holes and are falling apart and they are all buckle brand. If I pay $ 60 for a shirt, It shouldn’t fall apart the first time I wear it. But their customer service is amazing and their jeans are to die for. Their jeans are totally worth the price, they even do tailoring. I’m a bit on the short side so sometimes I need my jeans a little shorter then some people.

#1 in customer service with returns. I have had three pairs of jeans that were developing tears. They fixed each of them each time within a week with no charge. I also had a Fossil watch that had a minute hand going with the second hand. They immediately offered to have a new one shipped in replacement or to pick out a new one. Their no hassle customer service always has me coming back.
