Quartz Hill Mini Storage

I rented a unit from them. At first I thought it was a great deal. They are pretty cheap. But watch out! When you close out the unit, they will try not to give you your deposit refund. They will say that it will be mailed out 4 – 6 weeks from request. Well, they will never actually send in the request and hope that you forget about it. When you do call to follow up, you will find out they never have done anything about it. So yeah, fighting with them to get my deposit back. Lisa who I spoke with repeatedly on the phone is completely UNprofessional. She kept hanging up on me, giving me attitude on the phone, and ignoring my phone calls. OH and the owner lives out of town so apparently it is hard to get a hold of them to get the refund. In my opinion, they need to change the way things are set up so it is easier for the customers to get their deposit back. I will NEVER be renting a unit from them again. I will go pay higher rates at other storage places that run their business more professionally.
I only gave them two stars because I liked their prices and it was fairly clean when I used it. but I am very unhappy with the way they conduct their business.
They also have very limited hours they are open.

As exciting as storage can get! Seemed to be the lowest prices in the area as far as I could tell. clean and friendly, to bad it’s not open on tuesdays.
