Very professional. Masseuse applied good pressure to work out knots but relaxing enough so it doesn’t hurt. They also ask you along the way if the pressure is good or not for you. They can also tell where you’re tense the most and put extra attention to relax those points. The lotions are not strongly scented, and they wipe you down before you leave
